By far the worst purchase I have ever made, better off throwing the money in the trash. Besides the terrible picture quality which is unacceptable, the laptop crashes from the first minute and I constantly need to restart it. I honestly wonder why this product exists out there.

Wasted money. I'm going for a refund. The lighting is different from what I expected. It's not worth the star, but I couldn't post it differently.

Prospective buyers, be careful not to make the mistake and buy this thing, I did it before you!!! I went to a store and asked the technician if they had a 1080p web camera. Of course, he tells me it's the best on the market. He takes it out of the box, I see the brand, it didn't impress me, but I ask him again. He responds, "It's perfect, very high quality." Okay, I tell him, I'll buy it. I get in the car and arrive home, I go to take it out of the box and the lens glass comes off. I experience my first horror. I put it back in place and think, it's okay. Then the big moment comes and I make the mistake of connecting it to the computer. As soon as Windows 10 read it, it became the Battle of Salamis. Everything started flashing, the computer turned into Christmas tree lights. Needless to say, I took it back and they gave me another identical one, but I didn't accept it. I'm still running to escape from this camera!!!

I don't know what is worse about this camera - the terrible sound quality (I sounded like I was speaking from another dimension) or the image that was ONLY snow.

I have it here for about 2 months and it's fine, the picture is average, personally I would recommend a better one with 10,20 euros more

Unacceptable camera. I cannot consider it value for money because the final result is unacceptable. With an additional 10 euros, there are much better options available. It states on the supplier's official website "Automatic white balance, automatic color correction," but it does nothing and changes the contrast to excessively bright, especially in the center, distorting everything. Even in a well-lit room, it looks like you have a spotlight behind you. I use it for meetings, and in one that lasted about two hours, the video started flickering. I don't know if it overheated, but even if it did, it is not justified. The microphone sounds like it's in a 10-meter well. It is not worth it for me, and I truly recommend that the prospective buyer spend a little more money on another manufacturer.

I will say the following. It does not have software, it is plug and play. You cannot adjust anything. The LEDs are unacceptable because they simply annoy you and do not illuminate. The base simply allows you to slightly tilt it on the monitor, or if you fold it, leave it on the desk, which is also inconvenient because with the high center of gravity it falls with the slightest touch.
Functionality: It did not work properly. The pixel was huge and in no case was what I saw 1080. Blurry. Completely blurry. Zero clarity. It was not something I did wrong because you cannot make a mistake! It does not have settings! Then I thought maybe it was the new computer I bought and something was not working properly there, so I tried another reputable camera that I have and it worked perfectly.
Get another reputable one. That's it!

I bought it as a cheap option on 19/1/2021. I tried it the same day and the results were terrible in terms of picture and sound, regardless of the connection port and video calling platform. Discord and Skype didn't even recognize it. I do not recommend it at all, give something more and get something better. I returned it today, 25/1/2021, because it's not worth it at all. The only positive things are the long cable and the simple plug and play. However, the lack of drivers doesn't give you the slightest possibility of improving sound and image, so even that backfired.

I recently bought it for use on Skype. Its image is okay, nothing crazy despite the "1080p", and the microphone is also of average quality. The problem is that it doesn't work on Skype. While it works fine on other applications (webex, messenger, the Windows camera app), Skype refuses to detect its presence, as does Discord. After a little research, I found some people who said that after the recent Skype update, they have the same problem with the camera. After trying everything I could think of to make it work, I called the company and they simply told me to return the camera. So if you want it for use on Skype, whether it will work for you or not is unknown to me. However, I would recommend spending a little more money to get something that works 100% and maybe has slightly better quality.

Let the coronavirus be seen, which I paid money to buy it. Compared to the Logitech one I had bought years ago for €25, this one is unacceptable at the same price. Theoretically, it is full HD but in practice, pixels appear. Even with good lighting, it does not have good image quality at all. The lights it has are not useful at all as they only bother the user without emitting enough light to help in low light conditions.

The Full HD description is misleading as its megapixels are few. The image quality is full of grain and not at all clear. The LED lighting tries to compensate for poor performance in low light and is more annoying (a light in your eyes) than useful.

Very good purchase.
I have installed it on two computers
and it works perfectly for teleconferencing.
Good microphone and satisfactory image.
I recommend it without reservation for up to 30€.

From the moment I got it, in one corner out of the four, it "cuts" - rounds off the edge like a blur. From what I understood, it is a faulty lens attachment to the frame. Faulty construction. I didn't bother to return it because I needed a camera for my work immediately. I wouldn't buy it again. Very low-quality materials.

The image is truly awful. In combination with the high brightness in my space, the features of my face were not visible. Do not buy it.

The image is decent, I didn't have many expectations

I got it for a friend, to talk to her on Skype, and it has been driving me crazy!... The image is retro, like from the previous decade, and the sound is muffled, and if you move away from it, forget about it! It's a disaster!... THE WORST THING ABOUT THIS WEBCAM, it has very poor quality, I tried it and it's simply awful, it's not worth the money, do not buy it for any reason.

I bought two cameras. One of them broke (the video doesn't work). The camera, for as long as it worked (about 3 months), was fine. It's not worth the trouble to return it due to its low cost

Stay away.... it took an hour to connect to Windows 10 and the image quality is terrible... it had more static than a TV in the village without an antenna. It is a camera of logic value for money. The image is satisfactory for video conferences but that's about it. I don't ask for more for its price.
