It is powerful and the battery lasts.
Also, it is the best available in wireless systems, as a certified installer I recommend it. I also undertake the installation and adjustment of the system.
I connected it to a 12v power supply, it is not very strong even when connected. The LED is indeed not very bright, during the day it is barely visible, but at night it is fine, I don't consider it much of a problem. The problem is that it doesn't ring from the app for more than 3 minutes, which I consider very little. It was supposed that with the new firmware it unlocks the function for a longer time, I have the new firmware but I am not given the option for more than 3 minutes. There is a way to connect a traditional alarm siren, you can find videos on YouTube.
Quality and ease of connection/installation Ajax. I confirm the previous speakers about the duration that strikes and the intensity, that's why the 4 stars.
AJAX. Quite powerful with many settings. I would like them to incorporate the ability to hit at intervals and not for a specific time. This, of course, has to do with the application..
AJAX.
The installation is very easy, the connection to the hub is also straightforward, however, two issues that bothered me are the volume (I would like a higher volume) and the duration of the sound (3 minutes maximum). Other than that, ajax guarantee.
Yes, it is powerful but it cannot be compared to the previous wired one from paradox that I had, even though it claims to have almost the same db.
Aesthetically, it is very beautiful, whether in black or silver, and it can be customized from the mobile phone in terms of duration and intensity.
A tip for anyone interested. By connecting it with a 12V power supply, its sound is slightly louder, you get rid of the batteries, and additionally, the weak LED it has that flashes becomes permanently lit.
I bought this product a month ago and I am quite satisfied. It produces very good and loud sound, the only thing that bothers me is that the flashing light is not bright and not visible.
Anyone who has experience with Ajax systems, the siren is no exception in terms of usability, easy installation, and great capabilities. The only thing that gave me trouble was connecting it to an additional external power supply because the cables were folding strangely.
Fully customizable with 4 settings from 'silent' to 'very loud' it gets your attention, specifically I have it on the 'loud' setting. It shows you the external ambient temperature in the app, gyroscope sensor in case of movement of the siren and tamper. The communication with the control center is flawless. Very advanced compared to the outdated wired alarms on the market.
I have it for about two years. Very good with many capabilities. You can choose how strong it will hit, its sound is very powerful. Battery is quite good
The siren is perfect, it hits quite loudly and it is portable. The battery lasts a very long time, in general, everything the manufacturer says is true. I have no complaints about the alarm and I am completely satisfied. Its price is high, but it is reasonable for the quality and what it offers. Definitely not for everyone...
It is hardly audible.
As loud as the siren is, the whole Dahua Imou alarm is.
I regret choosing Ajax because it doesn't offer anything more than the competition
