Caretaker® by Zoomad Labs® is a formula designed to recover, build, and take care of muscle mass. It contains more than 6g of instant BCAAs with a 10:1:1 ratio per dose.

The high 10:1:1 content is due to the importance of leucine in maintaining and controlling lean muscle mass, activating the essential MTOR pathway for creating new muscles.

Caretaker® offers great anti-catabolic power, as practically 5% of leucine is converted to HMB. It also contains 3.5 grams of Kyowa Quality® Glutamine per dose to enhance the anti-catabolic effect.

During training, plasma leucine concentration decreases, so it is important to stimulate muscle recovery and growth with high-quality BCAAs.

Additionally, it contains 1 gram of citrulline per dose, improving absorption and enhancing the action of other amino acids, by transforming into L-arginine in the blood.

Caretaker® supports all athletes, taking into account the changes in leucine levels as we age and the progressive loss of muscle mass.

It contains 14g of amino acids per dose, with 6.6g of instant BCAAs as 10:1:1, 3.3g Glutamine, 3.3g Mix of L-lysine, L-alanine, taurine, L-glycine, and 1g citrulline, along with a keto electrolyte mix for hydration during and after workouts.
