It does a great job on my French Bulldog! It removed a huge amount of hair that would have fallen off and my dog's coat looks clean and shiny, plus it became softer than before! Luckily, my dog sits still and enjoys it!! A big plus is that it has a button on the back that, when pressed, removes all the remaining hairs caught on it, making it even easier! Nice comb for golden, I have it. It removes hair and a little fluff from the undercoat. Of course, because it acts like a trap for the hair, there is no chance that it won't "trap" hair no matter how many times I brush it... meaning it will always remove hair. A gentle pass every 2-3 days is enough. I also have 2 other brushes, one for the undercoat and one for brushing that complement each other

Very useful! It definitely reduces shedding (it was evident in the cleaning), but it doesn't eliminate it. I don't know about tangled fur, my dog (15kg mixed breed) has medium-length fur and I don't have such an issue anyway. Also, she seems to really enjoy it; as soon as she sees it, she comes and stands still for grooming (the initial training with treats helped, although we don't continue them anymore).
