The television is garbage. I've had it for a month. The processor is the slowest there is. Changing channels takes 2 seconds. Supposedly it's smart. It has pre-installed apps and you can't download others. Now YouTube and Netflix stopped playing the picture. It doesn't do screen mirroring. The picture quality is so-so.
    The build quality is fake.
The only thing worth it is the sound.
In the year 2022, a company like Panasonic is unacceptable to release such a television on the market. It simply tarnishes its name.

Luckily they gave it to me as a gift because I would still be crying over my money.

Tragic image. Poor connectivity (for modern data). Average sound. Average build quality (assembled in Turkey :( ). There are several settings in the image and sound to make it a little more "tailored to your needs". The saying "you get what you give" applies to the fullest. I compare it to the second one at home (LG OLED B2).
I apologize for the image samples, the initial quality of the photos is much better than what you see above.

The purchase was made on 26-07-22
The 55'' 4K UHD LED TX-55HX580E PANASONIC TV turns off by itself.
I contacted the authorized service store of Panasonic, which is 50km away from the city I am in.
I give this authorized store 50 stars because the person I spoke to dealt with the problem of my TV.

to send me the TV packaging by courier so that they can send it to the authorized service store to fix it and return it to me.

I don't understand why there is so much hype about LG and Samsung TVs when there is Panasonic! Very good construction, fantastic picture and sound, and most importantly, very easy operation even for beginners. You can easily set it up on your own without even reading the manual, the menu is very user-friendly.

My evaluation concerns the 43-inch model and is rated as a secondary TV for the bedroom, etc.

It was purchased on 9/2/22 from a well-known chain of electronics stores for 369 euros on offer.

The TV is amazing for its price, compared to the LG model priced at 400 euros in the adjacent store, and I was able to compare them. Its picture quality and motion are superior (personal opinion).

The picture is crystal clear both on the internet and on channels. When I played 4K on YouTube, I was amazed. The quality is exceptional without any lag when you want to fast forward the video.
The viewing angles are very good, even from the sides, without any distortions.

The sound is very good and clear, without any distortions, and above all, it is full. In my opinion, for the average user, there is no need to add a soundbar.

The smart menu works flawlessly without any freezes and is very simple and user-friendly.
It plays YouTube and Netflix flawlessly. It also has Ertflix, which also plays without any issues.

The Wi-Fi is very good and has many options.

I will come back later for a more detailed evaluation when I explore it further. However, if you want to take advantage of the winter discounts and your budget is limited, it is worth it 100%.

Personally, I was very satisfied as I initially bought a Philips TV for 350 euros from the same store, and it was a complete disappointment. You couldn't even change channels. Fortunately, they took it back, and I got this one.

In conclusion, for this price, it is the best you can get, and I don't think it's worth spending an extra 50-60 euros to go for Samsung or LG.
Now, if you want to have more features like Google Assistant, air mouse, etc., know that in this price range, you will have a very cheap "tablet" that will constantly lag. It's better to get a cheap laptop and connect it to the TV.

However, this specific TV delivers what it promises without any compromises.

A great television, very clear picture with vibrant colors, the sound is excellent, very powerful!! It has Dolby Vision, the 43 inches size is satisfactory for me. Overall, I believe it is a very good purchase at this price!! In the almost two years that I have had it, it has not had any glitches!
It is amazing for watching 4K movies!! I transfer them to an external hard drive and watch them on the television, like in a cinema!! Since I don't feel the need to go to the cinema anymore.
The wifi connects easily, it has Netflix, YouTube, Google, etc... Okay, using the remote to navigate on Google is a bit annoying, but if you connect a computer keyboard to the USB port, it will help you a lot!!
It doesn't have Bluetooth, which is very useful for me, but there are gadgets available to make it have Bluetooth!!!
As for its menu, it is very user-friendly. That's all. I hope I helped!

And he told me to contact from Monday 28-11-22:
    CENTRAL OFFICES & CENTRAL SERVICE
    INTERTECH SA
    Offices: Aphroditis 24, 167 77 Elliniko
    Service: Rizountos 73, 16777 Elliniko
    Tel.: +30 2109692300
to send me the TV packaging by courier so that they can send it to the authorized service store to fix it and return it to me.
I will post a new comment on Monday. Let's see what will happen.

  • I don't understand why there is so much hype about LG and Samsung TVs when there is Panasonic! Very good construction, fantastic picture and sound, and most importantly, very easy operation even for beginners. You can easily set it up on your own without even reading the manual, the menu is very user-friendly.

  • My evaluation concerns the 43-inch model and is rated as a secondary TV for the bedroom, etc.
