My Maltese is very picky. He never ate with enthusiasm and he doesn’t like large pieces. However this food, he is super excited for! The package has a very convenient closure (much easier than standard ziploc) and the kibble pieces are very tiny so my dog can eat easily. His stool improved overnight. I use an old protein powder scoop, it is not provided. I’m very happy.

In contrast to the 1.5 kg package, which contains small pellets, for some reason this one has pellets that are 3 to 4 times larger, resulting in our dog, a Havanese, not being able to eat it. We always buy the small package and, because of the good price, I decided to try this large one, but unfortunately, he doesn't eat it and I am forced to grind it in the food processor so our dog can eat it, but even then, with difficulty.

I chose the food based on consumer reviews. My dog's breath doesn't smell much afterwards, nor do his stools, which have a uniform texture without diarrhea but are not too hard either. He eats it with appetite even after a year, so for now I am not changing the flavor. His blood tests are excellent.

After about 1.5 months, his eyes became white again, his muzzle got cleaned, his poop is odorless and has the right texture!

10/10 for a 3-year-old Maltese who previously ate regular food

Excellent food. If you order from the Polish AbcZoo, be prepared for a long wait time. I ordered on October 24 and received it on November 22. However, the food, 10 kg, was perfectly packaged and fresh. Production 08/2024, consumption until 02/2026

The only dry food that my Maltese eats easily and it has helped her with the tear stains....

She eats it with appetite and with the grams indicated that she should eat, she maintains a stable weight and good mood. At a good price in the mid-price category, stools have a good color and do not have such a strong smell. Small kibble, easier to chew for small dogs, and I don't know if it's related, but since I switched to it, there are no red tears and stained eyes.

I have a Maltese almost 2 years old; it is the only food out of the 5 good ones that she has tried and she eats it with pleasure without food or other flavors in her bowl (time will tell because some breeds are difficult and we spoil them as well)

Our vet recommended it to us and we are very satisfied with this specific food. It is small so it is easy to digest, it smells very little only because it is in salmon flavor but otherwise we are very satisfied because our dog likes it very much.

For 12 years we used royal canin for Maltese and we decided to change it with a dry food with smaller pellets, as our dog now has fewer teeth. We saw a huge change in her mood, in her bowel movements, but mainly in her coat which became very soft! She eats the pellets easily as we used to wet and grind the previous food for her to be able to eat them! Our dog enjoys eating it even though she is picky with food! I recommend it!

The coffee stains from his eyes disappeared after 2 months of eating the food. First, I bought lamb, then salmon, and now I will buy lamb again. I think it is the most suitable food for Maltese dogs! A bit pricey but worth it! I always buy the 10-kilogram package, so it lasts me a lot, he doesn't eat much!

Very good food, the only negative is the size of the kibble, very small for our 2.5 kg Maltese dog.
