In my opinion, this model that has been around since 2015, Edifier still hasn’t managed to replace it 10 years later, only to make the sound similar to the new MR5. What Edifier does here, in my opinion, is that you can hear and feel the 50hz better, unlike studio monitors that claim 45hz bass but drop it by -6db, and I’m referring to the woofer category from 3 to 5 inches. Generally, it’s considered impossible for someone without the proper space and desk size to fit decent bass in a small size; only a few speakers manage this because they can easily be exposed, and I believe Edifier has already been exposed several times by labeling speakers as studio monitors that are just normal computer speakers. In this category, I can only think of the M-Audio, the small iLoud, the new MR5, and of course the e25hd. Mainly though, the two Edifier models I mentioned (e25hd and MR5) are speakers from which you’ll hear pleasant and effortless bass, better than many 2.1 systems without having to buy a subwoofer. If your use requires spine-chilling bass, then you’re in the wrong category; move up to the 500+€ range

These speakers are pure delight. Both visually and acoustically.
To start, let's clarify that they are multimedia speakers, so we won't get into the nitty-gritty of Hz, graphs, and I don't know what else.
Their construction looks very high quality. The speakers are heavy and sturdy. Where I was surprised, however, was in the quality of the cables. The cables are thick and soft with a very premium feel.
Their sound is nice, clear, and with plenty of bass. It is equally enjoyable whether you are watching a movie/series, listening to music, or even gaming.
The price, yes, is a bit steep, but personally, I believe it is worth choosing them, especially if someone doesn't have much free space on their desk, as their egg-shaped design makes them take up less space.

Generally, I am not a great connoisseur of sound, but (1 week of use) I find the speakers excellent! I use them on my PC, until now I had the Edifier S330D 2.1, and I find that they have excellent bass (very powerful even at moderate volume) and treble. I think that in order to increase the midrange, I need to adjust the equalizer, but even in the videos I played with the default EQ, the sound of the voice (mainly midrange) is clear. I haven't tried high volumes yet, but even at medium volume, I don't find any difference in sound quality. As for the design, needless to say, I love it (one of the main reasons I bought them), the construction is sturdy, they don't easily fall despite having a relatively small base. They are quite heavy compared to the previous ones I had.
