Users review the device negatively, mainly noting that it doesn’t work reliably and fails to collect the hair in its container. They also mention that its noise may frighten the dog. Overall, reviews agree that it doesn’t brush effectively and may tangle or scatter the hair.
I had ordered this and received a comb, and the kids opened it and ruined the packaging. I wanted to send it back, but I didn't manage to
This particular device is terrible in every aspect! First of all, it claims to be silent, but as soon as I used it, I realized that it makes noise, which scared my dog. I really don't recommend it to anyone, it's a useless device, a waste of money.
Normally it's for no star. Wasted money. It didn't even work. I didn't even ask for a refund. I threw it away.
"Fake" device, you put the batteries, one works, one doesn't, it doesn't collect anything anywhere, wasted money...
This device is completely useless! It collects the hairs on the animal and scatters them around without gathering them in the supposed container for this reason. That means the animal is in a better condition and there are fewer hairs in the surrounding area when the device is not used! One could jokingly say that the device itself is hair and not for hair! Unfortunately, they did not accept my return from where I bought it, telling me that it works perfectly for them. I consider that I wasted my money. Some of my friends who made the exact same purchase by chance have similar impressions.
