Probably not even one star!!!!! The worst product I have ever bought. It burned out within 5 months!!! I have used it very little and only to make velouté soups. Throwing money away!!!!

Unfortunately, very low quality. It broke down within the first 6 months, having used it only 4-5 times. They gave me a new one, as it was under warranty. But this one also broke down within 2 years, unfortunately this time out of warranty, so it was for the trash as the repair cost was higher than buying a new one. I had used it in total less than 20 times in those 2 years (so less than once a month), and with very light use each time, for less than 3-4 minutes per use, and only on very soft foods (boiled vegetables and chicken). Unfortunately, a very bad product, and supposedly this brand had a good reputation. Apparently not for hand blenders after all.

I have had it for 3 years. With careful use, not very hard ingredients, no frozen ingredients, intermittent mixing time. It is powerful, has many attachments, easy to use and to clean. Unfortunately, the plastic container cracked after the first year. I do not put hot ingredients in it nor do I wash it in the dishwasher. The whisk attachment makes amazing meringue very quickly.

9 months of use and it's useless, the most wasted money I've spent, shame on the name, stay away..

From my first uses, the component for puree broke. Then, one button broke and only the turbo function worked, and finally, the plastic parts that connect the attachments with the stick melted, resulting in it not grinding at all and smelling burnt. All of this happened within 2 years and not frequent use! It's a shame because I held this brand in high regard. The only thing that was worth it was that it was powerful and ground very well.

Very satisfied with it for the year we have been using it, with frequent use due to the baby. Among the accessories, the tall container is the most useful. Over time, the plastic teeth that the accessories fit into to rotate have worn out, so the accessories do not rotate correctly. Fortunately, it is still under warranty

I bought it as soon as we started solid foods for the baby. I was mainly interested in the grinding function and secondarily in the other features. The positives are that it is powerful, I never had a problem and it comes with several accessories. The blender stick also helped me during cooking.

Now, the negatives are that the blade of the multi has a series of blades, resulting in poor grinding of soft foods like bananas. I had to open it, mix it, and then grind it again. As for cleaning, there are some grooves on the inner side of the mixer container that cannot be cleaned, resulting in food always being stuck there. Overall, it would have been better if I had bought a simple multi, it is not worth the 60+ euros I paid for it.

Unfortunately, it did not last more than a year!
I bought it for the baby for the first pureed foods, the power is fine, it makes smoothies great.
However, the multi-type container is not strong at all.
The only negative and very important thing is that the teeth that connect the parts are made of plastic, both in the motor and in each component, resulting in them wearing out with use until they melted, and essentially all of them are useless now as none of them fit together... what a shame

It lasted for 5 months. I only used it for baby food (soft, that is) and a few soups. And at the lowest speeds. The blender shaft broke very quickly. Very poor construction

It is a powerful machine and that's why I chose it. I don't consider all its components to be of excellent quality. Specifically, the egg beater could have a thicker wire because it is very thin and I don't know if it will last long. It may be thin and lightweight to assist in movement. However, for now, I am satisfied with my purchase and I consider all the components very useful. Personally, it greatly facilitates me not having to use the kitchen machine permanently to make a meringue or blend a soup.

The machine is awesome, I am very satisfied with the choice and the price at 80 euros that I found it is great for what it offers!! I highly recommend it.

Only I was probably unlucky that after 10 uses (and some in between but with the classic shaking it started) it completely stopped and sounded like something had broken inside. Its use was very light, I only cut onions and garlic! It has a 2-year warranty so I took it back and they replaced it and I chose another brand!

Do not buy it, unacceptable!

I bought it for my mother after a lot of effort. However, the effort is worth it, as she is a good housewife and every good housewife should have this tool. Incredible, fast, easy to clean, without heating up. I mention this because in the past we had bought another one from a different company and it exploded in our hands. Luckily, we didn't have any casualties. Get it above all for your physical integrity and safety, and then for the perfect soups it makes.

Very powerful and sturdy machine, its components are very good and durable, its plastics

I have been using it once or twice a day every day for the past month and it hasn't had any issues, so I am very satisfied so far. The locking of the lid was a bit difficult for me at first, but I have figured out the trick now and it doesn't bother me.

I bought it in early October 21. With minimal use, mainly from late November onwards, it burned out today, December 28. Maybe mine was defective. I wouldn't buy it again. Now, let's see about the warranty.

What can we say about this hand blender? As soon as you hold it in your hands, you realize that it's not like the rest. It's in a category of its own. Big and sturdy, I would say relatively heavy. It comes with all the necessary attachments. Very powerful motor and as a result, it won't easily struggle, which is why I chose it.

Its plastics are of good quality and it has excellent construction quality. All the attachments fit perfectly, nothing wobbles or squeaks.

As for the negatives, I will mention the heavy weight, although it is understandable with a 1500-watt motor, the relatively short power cord, I would have liked it a bit longer, and the activation buttons that require a good press to work, I would have preferred them to respond more quickly, although this may be intentional for safety reasons.

Very satisfied!! Much better than the more expensive blender I had before this one. What I find exceptional is the way the attachments are screwed on, as I believe the chances of putting them on crooked and damaging the rotations are minimal.
