The Adco 07175 thigh-high medical stocking provides graduated compression of 15–20 mmHg and has an open toe. It is used to compress the lower limbs, primarily for disorders of the venous or lymphatic systems.

It is indicated for venous conditions, venous edema, thromboembolic disorders, and edema due to lymphatic conditions, pregnancy, trauma, or surgery. It is contraindicated in advanced peripheral arterial occlusive disease, septic phlebitis, blue painful inflammation, and congestive heart failure.
