      I bought this particular filter because the one that came with the aquarium did nothing. I have it in a 57-liter aquarium and it does an amazing job. I have connected it to the spray bar, which I have just below the surface of the water so it doesn't make noise. Its motor is silent and powerful. I removed the bag with the carbon and put in sipromax. I bought another case to add additional biological material, sipromax bio active.

      I bought it because I changed aquariums and faced a serious problem with the water. It was constantly dirty as there was a Chinese pump included with the aquarium which did more harm than good. The aquarium is 38 liters. At first, it took a little time to clean the water but after 2 days it became crystal clear. It does a very good job! Every 6 weeks you only need to change the carbon filter. That's it and nothing else. Of course, proper cleaning of the pump, etc., and the water will always be crystal clear.

      Beast, I have it here for 2.5 years and it's wonderful. I have loaded it with a sponge wrapped in cotton filter and organic material sera siporax mini. I have it in a 60-liter aquarium with 2 goldfish, 2 algae scrapers, and 5 natural plants, and the water is crystal clear. Also, if you want additional cartridges/chambers in the filter, you can buy them separately and add as many as you want to this one and to its larger version, the Serafil 120
