Thyme honey produced and packaged exclusively by Maniataki Beekeeping in Mani, a Natura 2000 area. Thyo is made without any chemical or thermal processing.
See Description & SpecificationsUsers rate the honey positively, praising mainly its taste and aroma. Many consider it high-quality and distinctive, while some prefer it as an alternative to typical store-bought honey. However, several mention that it crystallizes quickly, and some are more reserved in their opinions of its taste and aroma intensity.
The honey is excellent. For those who say that it crystallized quickly, etc., crystallization is absolutely normal in unheated and raw honeys. It is a desirable property, if you understand. The unheated-raw honey that is extracted from the honeycomb without any processing and is provided to the consumer exactly as the bees produce it is the best honey we can have.
We bought it from here after reading the good reviews. Unfortunately, it went stale very quickly and its taste was very mediocre
The first experience was positive, nice aroma and taste, but after a few months the aroma stopped being like in the beginning and the honey in its packaging crystallized, something that hasn't happened with the honey I've been buying for years. I returned it but it crystallized again..
Good thyme honey. I gave it three stars because I have compared it to another thyme honey whose taste is incomparable, and I expected it to meet these expectations based on the reviews. However, it is still very good and the price is also good.
Very good honey.
It seems pure and has a good taste.
It's not like some good Cretan ones, but it's now very difficult
to find those pure ones.
