This book, particularly well-crafted, featuring brilliant names of authors, we embraced with much love.

It indeed takes its cue from the honorary volume Theology and Literature (Athens 2005, 'Akritas', p. 780), which was compiled and dedicated by Professors of the Faculty of Philosophy and Theology of the University of Kapodistrias to our collaborator Mr. P. V. Paskos, now Emeritus Professor of the School of Theology at the University of Athens.

The volume that was published, as we noted by a Committee of University Professors, was presented in the Great Hall of Ceremonies of the University of Athens (June 13, 2005), and at the official ceremony of its presentation to the honored Professor, spoke: the then Rector Professor Mr. G. D. Babiniotis, the Dean of the School of Theology Protopresbyter Professor Mr. G. D. Metallinos, and the members of the Organizing Committee, while in the end the honored Professor thanked everyone in his response.
