With the book you are holding in your hands, the publication of the K.S. of KNE 'Truths and Lies about Socialism' is completed. In the previous two parts of the series, we dealt with topics of socialist economy and socialist power respectively. In this part, we address certain issues of distortion and misrepresentation of the history of socialist construction in the 20th century, the history of the Soviet Union, and other socialist countries.
The distortion of history may concern the past, but it targets the present and the future, particularly the young generations. The study of the history of the working-class movement and its vanguard, the Communist Party, serves as a source of inspiration and strengthening for young activists; it provides lessons and conclusions for today’s struggles, for the new social uprisings and revolutions that will come.
The historical topics we have chosen and developed in chronological order, each in its own section, are as follows:

- The Nazi atrocity in the Katyn forest.
- The Yalta Agreement.
- The truth about the Berlin Wall.
- The counter-revolutionary events in Eastern European countries.
