Mani is the middle and southernmost peninsula of the Peloponnese, shared between Laconia and Messinia. Outside Mani refers to its northern and western part, which belongs to the Messinia region. Outside Mani preserves a treasure of Byzantine and post-Byzantine churches and castles in enchanting landscapes.

The new map covers the entire Outside Mani, that is, the areas previously covered by the 3 older maps "Verga-Kampos," "Kardamyli-Stoupa," and "Agios Nikolaos-Trakhila."

The area features wonderful stone-paved paths and is suitable for walking all year round, such as the Biliovo trail, which connects Sotiros with Altomira.
