The Giona - Vardousia map 1:25,000 is not a new edition of the Giona - Oiti - Vardousia map, but a completely new map that introduces exploration and adventure routes for the first time.

The exploration routes are our testimony that this path can be taken even without an obvious trace of a path. The adventure routes have classifications based on difficulty, ranging from easy scrambling to climbing-required passages, and the rappel points are identified.

The Vardousia have something for every taste: from the unknown northern range, to the spectacular crossing of the southern ridge and the more technical ascents, Kopsi Koraka and Plaka - Pyramid. In Giona, almost everything revolves around the imposing Pyramid and the endless "rockiness" of its western side, with the technical routes of Karagiannis and Bekos.
