Life becomes quite boring when you can defeat every evil with a single punch. Nothing about Saitama passes the visual test when it comes to superheroes, from his expressionless face to his bald head and average physical condition. However, this average guy has a not-so-average problem - he simply can't find an opponent strong enough to challenge him!

Garo has just left the Monster Association's hideout when he crosses paths with Saitama, who is in quite a bit of trouble, but Saitama still doesn't know that Garo is the Hero Hunter. Later, King the Ripper can no longer hold back his murderous urges and confronts Garo personally!
