My desire today is to address young people. I imagine you are around eighteen to twenty years old and that you are finishing your studies or that you have learned some craft. You are preparing to enter life. I hope that your mind is free from superstitions that some have tried to impose on you.

Like every social movement, anarchy and socialism were not created by science or by some philosophical academy. The day will come when the science around sociology will become as thorough as physics and chemistry.

We see, therefore, that anarchy does not come from universities. Similar to capitalism and other social movements, anarchism starts purely from the people. Its vigor and creative spirit will be maintained only to the extent that it remains a movement of the people.
