The new edition of this publication includes the amendments that have been made to Law 3959/2011 in various articles, primarily concerning the Competition Committee, from four laws, which unfortunately addressed other issues, as has been customary in recent years, and among other things, brought changes to Law 3959/2011.
These are Laws 4623/2019, 4635/2019, as well as the earlier Laws 4389/2016 and 4364/2016. The amendments have been incorporated into the text of the law, while simultaneously, in the corresponding footnotes, the legislative provisions introducing these amendments are noted.
As we have already mentioned in previous editions, every possible effort is made for the timely and comprehensive updating of the legislation governing Competition Law and Consumer Protection Law, two areas that are subject to continuous amendments, making it not always easy to keep track of them, which leads us to ask for the reader's understanding.
