Description & Specifications

The Gefu Flotte Lotte food mill is manually operated and made of 18/10 stainless steel. It includes two interchangeable discs: one with 3 mm holes and one 2 mm grating disc, as well as a metal scraper on the underside of the disc. The 2 mm grating disc can also process fibrous foods such as leeks and asparagus, while the disc with holes is suitable for straining raw apples.

Three support hooks secure the food mill over a pot, keeping it balanced without touching the strained food. The discs can be changed quickly and easily, and the food mill is dishwasher-safe.
