Enamel Hob

The Life burner is enamel, meaning it is the classic burner that has the thermal resistance underneath and the surface around it is made of enamel coating, which results from the application of enamel (glass) onto metal.

It is suitable for use with all types of cookware, while its enamel surface is resistant to high temperatures and does not get damaged from constant exposure to them.

Rotary Switch

The control for selecting the desired temperatures and settings is done via a rotary knob.

By progressively turning the knob, you can increase or decrease the power of the temperature. 

Burner Size and Power

The diameter of the cooking zone is 10.6 cm with a maximum power of 500W.

Security

The burner features overheat protection for maximum safety during cooking.

With its indicator light, you will be able to immediately tell when it is in operation.

Additionally, it has a non-slip base for maximum stability.

    We mostly use it for grilling Greek food. After two months of use, the burner ignites by itself even when it is closed. For safety, I plugged it into a power strip until I figure out what to do, and as soon as I turn on the power strip, while the burner is closed, it ignites by itself and doesn't turn off. As for the cooking time, it's like any other burner. Normal cooking time.

    Nice in appearance, sturdy construction, but after brewing the coffee you can't touch it... it burns everything, even the plastic temperature control switch.
