From the first 15 minutes of use, after touching it a few times on the ground, it hit a protruding rock and broke one of the two ears of the chain oil cap! However, the REAL problem appeared when the fuel level dropped below 3/5 and in a sideways position while cutting small logs, it suddenly started to stall!! With many pulls in a horizontal position, it would start again, but immediately when tilted, it would stall. Eventually, I found the problem, and it is DESIGN FLAW! The fuel filter and its hose are too far away combined with a very poor tank design, and when the saw tilts, the filter gets stuck in a position above the fuel and stalls. So according to the manufacturer, the tank must always be full (and it consumes the fuel in 5-10 minutes!) or we will only cut in a horizontal position, meaning already cut wood... Overall quality is terrible, the photos show the broken cap, the problematic tank, and the wear after a total use of 30 minutes!

I bought it yesterday to cut an olive tree, it gave me quite a hard time to start, sometimes it starts immediately, sometimes it doesn't, maybe I'm doing something wrong.
Nevertheless, it seems very well-built, powerful, and cuts very well.

After one hour of use, the chain breaks and needs sharpening, also it does not maintain a stable cutting trajectory, resulting in not being able to complete the task. The chain tensioning system is terrible because the screw loses turns. Overall, bad impressions.
High consumption of chain oil as well as fuel.

    Very powerful machine...!
Of course, it's not meant to cut down an entire forest... but for amateur use, for the firewood in your fireplace or to easily cut down a tree, it's the best.
Like all two-stroke engines, it requires attention when mixing gasoline with oil

After quite a bit of use, I can have a picture of the machine. It rolls very well and doesn't get stuck even in dry wood logs. It is very important that gasoline does not remain inside after cutting. IT'S WORTH THE MONEY!

Very good for its price. Of course, it is tiring, but we can't expect everything for that money. However, what really disappointed me was the spare parts... The metal handle broke when the body fell, and when I went to the dealership, they told me it costs 29 euros + VAT. They want one-third of the price of the chainsaw for the handle.... UN-BE-LIE-VA-BLE!!!! I will send a complaint email to the mother company in China. I'm sure they will send it to me for free, foreigners don't play with these things, only here we are fools and accept such behavior. With such a dealership, the company gets a BAN from me

Tremendously versatile chainsaw. I have been using it for 3 hours every day in the past few days to have a good opinion. It is reliable and doesn't overheat. It has enough power and cuts relatively well.
The chain that it comes with is a bit poor and needs frequent sharpening, but that is understandable. You can use any chain you want. The blade is a bit large for the usual cuts I make, but it doesn't limit you from cutting everything from trees to roses, as the description says. It is a very good purchase, I recommend it to you.
