The transformer was purchased separately from the blood pressure monitor (Omron M7 Intelli IT AFib). It makes a bad impression that it is sold separately. Otherwise, it powers the blood pressure monitor without any issues. The cable is very thin and I don't know what kind of wear will occur at its connection with the transformer in the future. In any case, it is necessary because although the batteries do the job, as they lose power there is a risk of incorrect measurements, something that will not happen with the power transformer.
