I am a fan of the series from the first game back in 2002, and Rift Apart brings something cinematic, the dimension hopping, the nice storyline that intertwines with the trend of multiverse. I find the storyline, although good, inferior to the epic A Crack in Time, even though it aims to provide depth.
In terms of gameplay, it matches and surpasses the top-notch A Crack in Time, but it is perhaps one of the easiest! Of course, I am a veteran, and it became platinum in 20 hours in one playthrough!
I simply play the Challenge mode only for maxing out the weapons.
I'm not particularly keen on replaying it over and over like others, but it was an enjoyable experience.

ΑΠο επιπεδο gameplay κοιταει στα ματια το κορυφαιο a crack in time και το ξεπερναει,αλλα ειναι ισως απο τα πιο ευκολα!Βεβαια ειμαι κ βετερανος, σε ενα playthrough εγινε πλατινα σε 20 ωρες!

After 2 (almost) years of release, I decided to buy this specific title.
I love the Ratchet & Clank series since the time of the PS2, having played almost all the games in the series. I really enjoyed this one. As a fan, it was a complete game both for the continuation of the story (after into the nexus) and from the previous game that was released (Ratchet & Clank Remake, God bless the REMAKE).
The visual aspect is unbelievable for an animated game. The reflections, the worlds, the chaos happening on the screen, the colors, the character design show what the PS5 and Insomniac can do. It's incredible how the game transitions from cutscene to gameplay and vice versa.
The gameplay is faithful to the previous games in the series with many weapons that you not only enjoy but also want to max out. The game's rifts are very enjoyable and give a nice feeling to the player. I have to mention the dualsense as well. UNBELIEVABLE. I haven't enjoyed a controller since I played Astro's Playroom. Each weapon has a different feel when you shoot. Do yourself a favor and try it.
Limited variety of enemies. You constantly fight the same ones, they just differ in armor. It didn't bother me that much, but it's worth mentioning. Unfortunately, it reduces the variety of mobs and mini bosses.
Decent soundtrack.
Nice exploration, no matter how small the maps are.
The story is okay, you don't expect much from such a title. The humor is very limited due to today's standards?!?!
The characters, although it hurts me that they changed their personalities, are quite good in the game. The one that stood out from all of them was Rivet. She opens many doors for many R&C games in the future. Of course, she wasn't the only one, you'll find out when you play this specific title.
The duration is indeed short (almost 10 hours), but if you do the secondary things, you reach around 20 hours (the time I took for the Platinum, 20 hours). It's not worth the 80 euros no matter how good the title is. I recommend it for 20-35 euros, there it is definitely a must-play for PS5 owners.
Fans of the series will appreciate it. Now, whether it will bring a new world, I don't know. It depends on each person. It's definitely in my top 5 favorite Ratchet & Clank games, but unfortunately or fortunately, it doesn't surpass Ratchet & Clank 3, nor 2, nor A Crack in Time.
Μετά από 2 (σχεδόν) χρόνια κυκλοφορίας απoφάσισα να αγοράσω τον συγκεκριμένο τίτλο.
Αγαπώ την σειρά Ratchet & Clank από την εποχή του PS2 εχοντας παίξει σχεδόν όλα τα παιχνίδια της σειράς. Το συγκεκριμένο το απόλαυσα πάρα πολύ. Σαν fan ήταν ένα πλήρες παιχνίδι τόσο για την συνέχεια της ιστορίας (μετά το into the nexus) όσο και από το προηγούμενο παιχνίδι που κυκλοφόρησε (Ratchet & Clank Remake, ο Θεός να το κάνει REMAKE)
O οπτικός τομέας είναι ασύλληπτος για animated παιχνίδι. Οι αντανακλάσεις , οι κόσμοι , ο χαμός που γίνεται στην οθόνη, τα χρώματα , ο σχεδιασμός των χαρακτήρων δείχνουν το τι μπορεί να κάνει το PS5 και η Insomniac. Είναι απίστευτο το πως το παιχνίδι γυρνάει από cutscene σε gameplay και το ανάποδο .
Το gameplay είναι πιστό σαν τα προηγούμενα της σειράς με πολλά όπλα που όχι μόνο θα τα απολαύσεις αλλά θα θέλεις να τα κάνεις max. Τα rifts του παιχνιδιού είναι πάρα πολύ απολαυστικά και δίνουν μια ωραία αίσθηση στον παίκτη. Αξίζει να διευκρινίσω και το dualsense. ΑΠΊΣΤΕΥΤΟ. Είχα να ευχαριστηθώ το χειριστήριο από τότε που έπαιξα το astro's playroom. Κάθε όπλο έχει και μια διαφορετική αίσθηση όταν πυροβολάς. Κάντε την χάρη στον ευατό σας και δοκιμάστε το.
Μικρή ποικιλία εχθρών. Συνέχεια πολεμάς τα ίδια και τα ίδια , απλά διαφέρουν στις πανοπλίες . Εμένα δεν με πείραξε τόσο αλλά αξίζει να το αναφέρω. Δυστυχώς μειώνει την ποικιλία των mobs και mini bosses.
Καλούτσικο Soundtrack.
Ωραία εξερεύνηση , όσο μικρά και αν ειναι τα maps.
Το σενάριο είναι οκέι , δεν περιμένεις πολλά για έναν τέτοιο τίτλο. Το χιούμορ του πολύ περιορισμένο λόγο του σήμερα?!?!
Οι χαρακτήρες παρόλο που μου πονάει καρδιά που τους άλλαξαν σαν προσωπικότητες είναι αρκετά κομπλέ στο παιχνίδι.Αυτός/Αυτή που ξεχώρισε απ' όλους ήταν η Rivet. Ανοίγει πολλές πόρτες για πολλά παιχνίδια R & C στο μέλλον. Φυσικά δεν ήταν μόνο αυτή, θα μάθεις όταν παίξεις το συγκεκριμένο τίτλο.
Η διάρκεια του ναι μεν μικρή (σχεδόν 10 ώρες) αλλά αν κάνεις και τα δευτερεύον πράγματα φτάνεις γύρω στις 20 ώρες ( Ώρες που έκανα για το Platinum 20 ώρες) . Τα 80 ευρώ δεν τα αξίζει όσο καλός τίτλος και να είναι. Το προτείνω 20-35 ευρώ , εκεί σίγουρα ειναι must play για τους κατόχους του PS5 .
Οι Fans της σειράς θα το εκτιμήσουν. Τώρα για το αν θα φέρει καινούργιο κόσμο δεν ξέρω. Όπως το πάρει ο καθένας. Σίγουρα είναι μέσα στο top 5 αγαπημένα μου Ratchet & Clank αλλά δυστυχώς ή ευτυχώς δεν ξεπερνάει το Ratchet & Clank 3 , ούτε το 2 , ούτε και το A Crack in Time.
Having played almost all previous ones, I consider it the best ratchet that has come out.
Incredible graphics, maybe even the only game on the ps5 with truly next-gen graphics (except for ragnarok). Sound and voice casting flawless, like watching a movie.
And finally, for me, the best part is the story. As a story, it's okay, but it has flow, you don't get bored, it doesn't drag, it's fast-paced and interesting, you get lost in its world.
A must-have for platform game lovers and not only. It's a shame that Sony doesn't release jack and sly cooper
Έχοντας παίξεις σχεδόν όλα τα προηγούμενα θεωρό ότι είναι το καλύτερο ratchet που έχει βγει
Απίστευτα γραφικά ίσως και το μοναδικό παιχνίδι στο ps5 με πραγματικά next gen γραφικά (με εξαιρεση το ragnarok) . Ήχος και voice casting άψογο σαν να βλέπεις ταινία
Και τέλος για μένα το καλύτερο κομμάτι είναι το σεναρίου. Σαν ιστορία είναι οκ αλλά έχει ροή δεν βαριέσαι δεν κάνει κοιλιά είναι γρήγορο και ενδιαφέρων ξεχνιέσαι στο κόσμο του.

It was advertised as a game-revolution for the PS5 and the new generation of consoles. But unfortunately, as much as I love the series from the first game on the PS2 that I played non-stop, the reality is different.
Certainly, it is a fun action platformer that keeps the beloved formula of the series intact and as we remember it. The weapons have variety and their combination can lead to fantastic results - half of the joy is in that, as always.
However, an equally important part was always the protagonists: Ratchet and Clank. In Rift Apart, to avoid spoilers, let's just say that the two of them are separated and Ratchet goes through the game with another robot, while Clank accompanies the new protagonist, Rivet.
Unfortunately, Rivet does not have the necessary time to evolve as a character, and this has the impact of affecting the flow of the game - I wasn't as interested in her as I was in Ratchet, and she didn't manage to win me over during the story. Instead, the feeling it left me with is that she "steals" the place of the protagonist we loved and takes the lion's share of missions, while also "stealing" Clank. So, the characteristic humor of the series is not as present, as the dialogues between Ratchet and Clank are few and not as well-written as in previous games. If the game lasted a few more hours (it only took me 12), maybe I would have liked Rivet more, but the end came before I got used to her.
As for the rifts, the mechanism is by no means a revolution. Practically, they are extensions of each level that load with zero waiting time. They are neither something that exists everywhere and the player activates at will, nor something that lasts long (usually, a negligible part of each level is related to the rifts). So yes, the graphics are beautiful and the ray tracing is applied exceptionally (many effects, shiny surfaces, etc.), but if we remove these, it could easily be a title for the PS4 in terms of gameplay.
Logic says that Insomniac may have "rushed" to release it early after the release of the PS5, for demonstration purposes, so I hope that within this generation we will get another Ratchet & Clank with real improvements in gameplay, more emphasis on the protagonist duo, the return of humor, but also more space to get to know Rivet a little more. Knowing Insomniac, I am sure that the next game in the series will be amazing.

Σίγουρα πρόκειται για ένα διασκεδαστικό action platformer που κρατάει την αγαπημένη φόρμουλα της σειράς απείραχτη και όπως την θυμόμαστε. Τα όπλα έχουν ποικιλία και ο συνδυασμός τους μπορεί να οδηγήσει σε φανταστικά αποτελέσματα - η μισή χαρά βρίσκεται σε αυτό, όπως πάντα.
Όμως ένα εξίσου σημαντικό κομμάτι ήταν, πάντα, οι πρωταγωνιστές: Ratchet και Clank. Στο Rift Apart, για να αποφευχθούν τα spoilers, ας πούμε ότι οι δυο τους χωρίζονται και ο Ratchet περνάει το παιχνίδι με ένα άλλο ρομπότ, ενώ ο Clank συνοδεύει την νέα πρωταγωνίστρια, Rivet.
Δυστυχώς, η Rivet δεν έχει τον απαραίτητο χρόνο να εξελιχθεί ως χαρακτήρας, κι αυτό έχει ως αντίκτυπο να υποφέρει η ροή του παιχνιδιού - δεν ενδιαφέρθηκα τόσο για εκείνη όσο για τον Ratchet κι ούτε κατάφερε να με κερδίσει στη διάρκεια της ιστορίας. Αν το παιχνίδι διαρκούσε μερικές ώρες επιπλέον (μόλις 12 μου πήρε), ίσως συμπαθούσα περισσότερο τη Rivet, αλλά το τέλος ήρθε προτού τη συνηθίσω.
Κι όσον αφορά στα rifts, ο μηχανισμός δεν είναι ούτε κατά διάνοια κάποια επανάσταση. Πρακτικά, πρόκειται για προεκτάσεις της κάθε πίστας που φορτώνουν με μηδενικό χρόνο αναμονής. Ούτε πρόκειται για κάτι που υπάρχει παντού και ο παίκτης ενεργοποιεί κατά βούληση, ούτε για κάτι που διαρκεί πολύ (συνήθως, ένα αμελητέο κομμάτι της κάθε πίστας σχετίζεται με τα rifts). Οπότε ναι, τα γραφικά είναι πανέμορφα και το ray tracing εφαρμόστηκε εξαιρετικά (πολλά εφέ, γυαλιστερές επιφάνειες κλπ), όμως αν αφαιρέσουμε αυτά, κάλλιστα θα μπορούσε να είναι τίτλος του PS4 από άποψης gameplay.
Η λογική λέει πως η Insomniac ίσως «βιάστηκε» να το κυκλοφορήσει νωρίς μετά την κυκλοφορία του PS5, για λόγους επίδειξης δύναμης, οπότε εύχομαι μέσα στη γενιά να πάρουμε κι ένα ακόμη Ratchet & Clank με πραγματικές βελτιώσεις στο gameplay, μεγαλύτερη έμφαση στο πρωταγωνιστικό δίδυμο, επιστροφή του χιούμορ, αλλά και περισσότερο χώρο για να γνωρίσουμε λίγο περισσότερο την Rivet. Γνωρίζοντας την Insomniac, είμαι βέβαιος πως το επόμενο παιχνίδι της σειράς θα είναι εκπληκτικό.
Simply magic, I got it for the kids and I've been playing it non-stop. In Greek, it's a magical game... PlayStation is the way to go

Influenced by the reviews, I bought it, played it, had fun, enjoyed it (specifically, I was obsessed with it), the game flows very nicely with a nice story, it has some very small boring parts but mainly you are in constant action, impressive graphics, easy controls, and the positive thing is that even after you finish it, there are still things to do... IT'S WORTH ITS MONEY!!!
Επηρεασμένος και εγώ από τις κριτικές το αγόρασα, το έπαιξα, διασκέδασα το ευχαριστήθηκα (συγκεκριμένα το έλιωσα), κυλάει πολύ ωραία το παιχνίδι με ωραίο στόρι, έχει κάποια πολύ μικρά βαρετά σημεία αλλά κυρίως είσαι σε μόνιμη δράση, εντυπωσιακά γραφικά εύκολο χειρισμό και το θετικό πως και αφού το τερματίσεις έχεις ακόμα πράγματα να κάνεις.... The last time I had a PS was on the PS3, where I ignored R&C in favor of the now dead Sly Cooper. On the PS5, I tried the PS4 reboot and despite my bad reviews, I really liked it, so if this one has excellent reviews and is one of the few PS5 exclusives, I decided to give it a try. Yes!
Τελευταία φορά που είχα PS ήταν στο ps3, όπου και είχα αγνοήσει τα R&C, υπέρ του νυν νεκρού sly cooper. Στο ps5 δοκίμασα το ps4 reboot, και παρά τις κακές κριτικές μου άρεσε πολύ, όποτε με αυτό να έχει εξαιρετικές κριτικές και να είναι ένα από τα λίγα PS5 exclusives, είπα να το δοκίμασω. Ναι!
One of the best games on the PS5! It's worth every euro and you'll have a great time, just like I did, for about 12 hours! The graphics are truly next-gen, the gameplay is incredibly smooth, and you won't get bored at all. Plus, it has a great story with lots of humor!

It is one of the most beautiful graphic games I have played. The vibrant colors, detailed environment, and special effects create a "flawless gem" for the player's eyes.
The story is not thought-provoking or anything too significant, but it is nice, simple, and very satisfying.
The gameplay is nice, but it becomes repetitive in terms of battles, although the platforming is good.
Overall, though, the game is a wonderful experience that is definitely worth experiencing for anyone who has a PS5, as it perfectly represents what a next-gen game should be.
Unfortunately, the game has a short duration (~12 hours for the story and all extras), so I would recommend it for 15-40€ depending on anyone's financial range.
Είναι το ή ένα από το ποιο ομόρφα όσον αφορά τα γραφικά παιχνίδι που έχω παίξει. Τα έντονα χρώματα, το λεπτομερές περιβάλλον και τα special effects δημιουργούν ένα "άψογο διαμάντι" για τα μάτια του παίκτη.
Η ιστορία δεν είναι τροφή για σκέψη ή κάτι το πολύ σπουδαίο, αλλά είναι ωράια, απλή και πολύ ικανοποιητική.
Το gameplay είναι ωράιο αλλά γίνεται επαναληπτικό όσον αφορά τις μάχες, αλλά το platforming είναι καλό.
Ως σύνολο όμως, το παιχνίδι είναι μια υπέροχη εμπειρία που σίγουρα αξίζει να βιώσει όποιος έχει PS5, καθώς τέλεια εκπροσωπεί τι θα έπρεπε να είναι ένα next-gen παιχνίδι.
Δυστυχώς όμως το παιχνίδι έχει μικρή διάρκεια (~12 ώρες για την ιστορία και όλα τα έξτρα), οπότε θα το πρότεινα για 15-40€ αναλόγως με την οικονομική εμβέλεια κανενός.

Το έπαιξα πολύ λίγο αυτό το παιχνίδι και έμεινα άφωνος τα γράφηκα είναι καταπληκτικά πολύ ζωντανά σε 4Κ τώρα δεν ξερω αν είναι καλύτερο σε 1080p. Πάντως η δόνησης και η ηχεί ήταν καταπληκτική. Αυτά έχω να πω δεν το έπαιξα πολύ το game

I am a fan of the series from the first game back in 2002, and Rift Apart brings something cinematic, the dimension hopping, the nice storyline that intertwines with the trend of multiverse. I find the storyline, although good, inferior to the epic A Crack in Time, even though it aims to provide depth.
In terms of gameplay, it matches and surpasses the top-notch A Crack in Time, but it is perhaps one of the easiest! Of course, I am a veteran, and it became platinum in 20 hours in one playthrough!
I simply play the Challenge mode only for maxing out the weapons.
I'm not particularly keen on replaying it over and over like others, but it was an enjoyable experience.

After 2 (almost) years of release, I decided to buy this specific title.
I love the Ratchet & Clank series since the time of the PS2, having played almost all the games in the series. I really enjoyed this one. As a fan, it was a complete game both for the continuation of the story (after into the nexus) and from the previous game that was released (Ratchet & Clank Remake, God bless the REMAKE).
The visual aspect is unbelievable for an animated game. The reflections, the worlds, the chaos happening on the screen, the colors, the character design show what the PS5 and Insomniac can do. It's incredible how the game transitions from cutscene to gameplay and vice versa.
The gameplay is faithful to the previous games in the series with many weapons that you not only enjoy but also want to max out. The game's rifts are very enjoyable and give a nice feeling to the player. I have to mention the dualsense as well. UNBELIEVABLE. I haven't enjoyed a controller since I played Astro's Playroom. Each weapon has a different feel when you shoot. Do yourself a favor and try it.
Limited variety of enemies. You constantly fight the same ones, they just differ in armor. It didn't bother me that much, but it's worth mentioning. Unfortunately, it reduces the variety of mobs and mini bosses.
Decent soundtrack.
Nice exploration, no matter how small the maps are.
The story is okay, you don't expect much from such a title. The humor is very limited due to today's standards?!?!
The characters, although it hurts me that they changed their personalities, are quite good in the game. The one that stood out from all of them was Rivet. She opens many doors for many R&C games in the future. Of course, she wasn't the only one, you'll find out when you play this specific title.
The duration is indeed short (almost 10 hours), but if you do the secondary things, you reach around 20 hours (the time I took for the Platinum, 20 hours). It's not worth the 80 euros no matter how good the title is. I recommend it for 20-35 euros, there it is definitely a must-play for PS5 owners.
Fans of the series will appreciate it. Now, whether it will bring a new world, I don't know. It depends on each person. It's definitely in my top 5 favorite Ratchet & Clank games, but unfortunately or fortunately, it doesn't surpass Ratchet & Clank 3, nor 2, nor A Crack in Time.

Είχα να ευχαριστηθώ το χειριστήριο από τότε που έπαιξα το astro's playroom. Κάθε όπλο έχει και μια διαφορετική αίσθηση όταν πυροβολάς. Κάντε την χάρη στον ευατό σας και δοκιμάστε το.

Having played almost all previous ones, I consider it the best ratchet that has come out.
Incredible graphics, maybe even the only game on the ps5 with truly next-gen graphics (except for ragnarok). Sound and voice casting flawless, like watching a movie.
And finally, for me, the best part is the story. As a story, it's okay, but it has flow, you don't get bored, it doesn't drag, it's fast-paced and interesting, you get lost in its world.
A must-have for platform game lovers and not only. It's a shame that Sony doesn't release jack and sly cooper

It was advertised as a game-revolution for the PS5 and the new generation of consoles. But unfortunately, as much as I love the series from the first game on the PS2 that I played non-stop, the reality is different.
Certainly, it is a fun action platformer that keeps the beloved formula of the series intact and as we remember it. The weapons have variety and their combination can lead to fantastic results - half of the joy is in that, as always.
However, an equally important part was always the protagonists: Ratchet and Clank. In Rift Apart, to avoid spoilers, let's just say that the two of them are separated and Ratchet goes through the game with another robot, while Clank accompanies the new protagonist, Rivet.
Unfortunately, Rivet does not have the necessary time to evolve as a character, and this has the impact of affecting the flow of the game - I wasn't as interested in her as I was in Ratchet, and she didn't manage to win me over during the story. Instead, the feeling it left me with is that she "steals" the place of the protagonist we loved and takes the lion's share of missions, while also "stealing" Clank. So, the characteristic humor of the series is not as present, as the dialogues between Ratchet and Clank are few and not as well-written as in previous games. If the game lasted a few more hours (it only took me 12), maybe I would have liked Rivet more, but the end came before I got used to her.
As for the rifts, the mechanism is by no means a revolution. Practically, they are extensions of each level that load with zero waiting time. They are neither something that exists everywhere and the player activates at will, nor something that lasts long (usually, a negligible part of each level is related to the rifts). So yes, the graphics are beautiful and the ray tracing is applied exceptionally (many effects, shiny surfaces, etc.), but if we remove these, it could easily be a title for the PS4 in terms of gameplay.
Logic says that Insomniac may have "rushed" to release it early after the release of the PS5, for demonstration purposes, so I hope that within this generation we will get another Ratchet & Clank with real improvements in gameplay, more emphasis on the protagonist duo, the return of humor, but also more space to get to know Rivet a little more. Knowing Insomniac, I am sure that the next game in the series will be amazing.

Σίγουρα πρόκειται για ένα διασκεδαστικό action platformer που κρατάει την αγαπημένη φόρμουλα της σειράς απείραχτη και όπως την θυμόμαστε. Τα όπλα έχουν ποικιλία και ο συνδυασμός τους μπορεί να οδηγήσει σε φανταστικά αποτελέσματα - η μισή χαρά βρίσκεται σε αυτό, όπως πάντα.
Όμως ένα εξίσου σημαντικό κομμάτι ήταν, πάντα, οι πρωταγωνιστές: Ratchet και Clank. Στο Rift Apart, για να αποφευχθούν τα spoilers, ας πούμε ότι οι δυο τους χωρίζονται και ο Ratchet περνάει το παιχνίδι με ένα άλλο ρομπότ, ενώ ο Clank συνοδεύει την νέα πρωταγωνίστρια, Rivet.
Δυστυχώς, η Rivet δεν έχει τον απαραίτητο χρόνο να εξελιχθεί ως χαρακτήρας, κι αυτό έχει ως αντίκτυπο να υποφέρει η ροή του παιχνιδιού - δεν ενδιαφέρθηκα τόσο για εκείνη όσο για τον Ratchet κι ούτε κατάφερε να με κερδίσει στη διάρκεια της ιστορίας. Αντ' αυτού, το συναίσθημα που μου άφησε είναι πως «κλέβει» τη θέση του πρωταγωνιστή που αγαπήσαμε και παίρνει τη μερίδα του λέοντος σε αριθμό αποστολών, παράλληλα «κλέβοντας» και τον Clank. Οπότε, το χαρακτηριστικό χιούμορ της σειράς δεν υπάρχει τόσο, αφού οι διάλογοι μεταξύ Ratchet και Clank είναι λίγοι και όχι τόσο καλογραμμένοι όσο σε παλαιότερα παιχνίδια. Αν το παιχνίδι διαρκούσε μερικές ώρες επιπλέον (μόλις 12 μου πήρε), ίσως συμπαθούσα περισσότερο τη Rivet, αλλά το τέλος ήρθε προτού τη συνηθίσω.
Κι όσον αφορά στα rifts, ο μηχανισμός δεν είναι ούτε κατά διάνοια κάποια επανάσταση. Πρακτικά, πρόκειται για προεκτάσεις της κάθε πίστας που φορτώνουν με μηδενικό χρόνο αναμονής. Ούτε πρόκειται για κάτι που υπάρχει παντού και ο παίκτης ενεργοποιεί κατά βούληση, ούτε για κάτι που διαρκεί πολύ (συνήθως, ένα αμελητέο κομμάτι της κάθε πίστας σχετίζεται με τα rifts). Οπότε ναι, τα γραφικά είναι πανέμορφα και το ray tracing εφαρμόστηκε εξαιρετικά (πολλά εφέ, γυαλιστερές επιφάνειες κλπ), όμως αν αφαιρέσουμε αυτά, κάλλιστα θα μπορούσε να είναι τίτλος του PS4 από άποψης gameplay.
Η λογική λέει πως η Insomniac ίσως «βιάστηκε» να το κυκλοφορήσει νωρίς μετά την κυκλοφορία του PS5, για λόγους επίδειξης δύναμης, οπότε εύχομαι μέσα στη γενιά να πάρουμε κι ένα ακόμη Ratchet & Clank με πραγματικές βελτιώσεις στο gameplay, μεγαλύτερη έμφαση στο πρωταγωνιστικό δίδυμο, επιστροφή του χιούμορ, αλλά και περισσότερο χώρο για να γνωρίσουμε λίγο περισσότερο την Rivet. Γνωρίζοντας την Insomniac, είμαι βέβαιος πως το επόμενο παιχνίδι της σειράς θα είναι εκπληκτικό.

Influenced by the reviews, I bought it, played it, had fun, enjoyed it (specifically, I was obsessed with it), the game flows very nicely with a nice story, it has some very small boring parts but mainly you are in constant action, impressive graphics, easy controls, and the positive thing is that even after you finish it, there are still things to do... The last time I had a PS was on the PS3, where I ignored R&C in favor of the now dead Sly Cooper. On the PS5, I tried the PS4 reboot and despite my bad reviews, I really liked it, so if this one has excellent reviews and is one of the few PS5 exclusives, I decided to give it a try. Yes!

One of the best games on the PS5! It's worth every euro and you'll have a great time, just like I did, for about 12 hours! The graphics are truly next-gen, the gameplay is incredibly smooth, and you won't get bored at all. Plus, it has a great story with lots of humor!

It is one of the most beautiful graphic games I have played. The vibrant colors, detailed environment, and special effects create a "flawless gem" for the player's eyes.
The story is not thought-provoking or anything too significant, but it is nice, simple, and very satisfying.
The gameplay is nice, but it becomes repetitive in terms of battles, although the platforming is good.
Overall, though, the game is a wonderful experience that is definitely worth experiencing for anyone who has a PS5, as it perfectly represents what a next-gen game should be.
Unfortunately, the game has a short duration (~12 hours for the story and all extras), so I would recommend it for 15-40€ depending on anyone's financial range.
Είναι το ή ένα από το ποιο ομόρφα όσον αφορά τα γραφικά παιχνίδι που έχω παίξει. Τα έντονα χρώματα, το λεπτομερές περιβάλλον και τα special effects δημιουργούν ένα "άψογο διαμάντι" για τα μάτια του παίκτη.
Η ιστορία δεν είναι τροφή για σκέψη ή κάτι το πολύ σπουδαίο, αλλά είναι ωράια, απλή και πολύ ικανοποιητική.
Το gameplay είναι ωράιο αλλά γίνεται επαναληπτικό όσον αφορά τις μάχες, αλλά το platforming είναι καλό.
Ως σύνολο όμως, το παιχνίδι είναι μια υπέροχη εμπειρία που σίγουρα αξίζει να βιώσει όποιος έχει PS5, καθώς τέλεια εκπροσωπεί τι θα έπρεπε να είναι ένα next-gen παιχνίδι.
Δυστυχώς όμως το παιχνίδι έχει μικρή διάρκεια (~12 ώρες για την ιστορία και όλα τα έξτρα), οπότε θα το πρότεινα για 15-40€ αναλόγως με την οικονομική εμβέλεια κανενός.

I am a fan of the series from the first game back in 2002, and Rift Apart brings something cinematic, the dimension hopping, the nice storyline that intertwines with the trend of multiverse. I find the storyline, although good, inferior to the epic A Crack in Time, even though it aims to provide depth.
In terms of gameplay, it matches and surpasses the top-notch A Crack in Time, but it is perhaps one of the easiest! Of course, I am a veteran, and it became platinum in 20 hours in one playthrough!
I simply play the Challenge mode only for maxing out the weapons.
I'm not particularly keen on replaying it over and over like others, but it was an enjoyable experience.

After 2 (almost) years of release, I decided to buy this specific title.
I love the Ratchet & Clank series since the time of the PS2, having played almost all the games in the series. I really enjoyed this one. As a fan, it was a complete game both for the continuation of the story (after into the nexus) and from the previous game that was released (Ratchet & Clank Remake, God bless the REMAKE).
The visual aspect is unbelievable for an animated game. The reflections, the worlds, the chaos happening on the screen, the colors, the character design show what the PS5 and Insomniac can do. It's incredible how the game transitions from cutscene to gameplay and vice versa.
The gameplay is faithful to the previous games in the series with many weapons that you not only enjoy but also want to max out. The game's rifts are very enjoyable and give a nice feeling to the player. I have to mention the dualsense as well. UNBELIEVABLE. I haven't enjoyed a controller since I played Astro's Playroom. Each weapon has a different feel when you shoot. Do yourself a favor and try it.
Limited variety of enemies. You constantly fight the same ones, they just differ in armor. It didn't bother me that much, but it's worth mentioning. Unfortunately, it reduces the variety of mobs and mini bosses.
Decent soundtrack.

The story is okay, you don't expect much from such a title. The humor is very limited due to today's standards?!?!
The characters, although it hurts me that they changed their personalities, are quite good in the game. The one that stood out from all of them was Rivet. She opens many doors for many R&C games in the future. Of course, she wasn't the only one, you'll find out when you play this specific title.
The duration is indeed short (almost 10 hours), but if you do the secondary things, you reach around 20 hours (the time I took for the Platinum, 20 hours). It's not worth the 80 euros no matter how good the title is. I recommend it for 20-35 euros, there it is definitely a must-play for PS5 owners.
Fans of the series will appreciate it. Now, whether it will bring a new world, I don't know. It depends on each person. It's definitely in my top 5 favorite Ratchet & Clank games, but unfortunately or fortunately, it doesn't surpass Ratchet & Clank 3, nor 2, nor A Crack in Time.

O οπτικός τομέας είναι ασύλληπτος για animated παιχνίδι. Είναι απίστευτο το πως το παιχνίδι γυρνάει από cutscene σε gameplay και το ανάποδο .
Το gameplay είναι πιστό σαν τα προηγούμενα της σειράς με πολλά όπλα που όχι μόνο θα τα απολαύσεις αλλά θα θέλεις να τα κάνεις max. Τα rifts του παιχνιδιού είναι πάρα πολύ απολαυστικά και δίνουν μια ωραία αίσθηση στον παίκτη. Αξίζει να διευκρινίσω και το dualsense. ΑΠΊΣΤΕΥΤΟ. Είχα να ευχαριστηθώ το χειριστήριο από τότε που έπαιξα το astro's playroom. Κάθε όπλο έχει και μια διαφορετική αίσθηση όταν πυροβολάς. Κάντε την χάρη στον ευατό σας και δοκιμάστε το.
Μικρή ποικιλία εχθρών. Συνέχεια πολεμάς τα ίδια και τα ίδια , απλά διαφέρουν στις πανοπλίες . Εμένα δεν με πείραξε τόσο αλλά αξίζει να το αναφέρω. Δυστυχώς μειώνει την ποικιλία των mobs και mini bosses.

Η διάρκεια του ναι μεν μικρή (σχεδόν 10 ώρες) αλλά αν κάνεις και τα δευτερεύον πράγματα φτάνεις γύρω στις 20 ώρες ( Ώρες που έκανα για το Platinum 20 ώρες) . Τα 80 ευρώ δεν τα αξίζει όσο καλός τίτλος και να είναι. Το προτείνω 20-35 ευρώ , εκεί σίγουρα ειναι must play για τους κατόχους του PS5 .
Οι Fans της σειράς θα το εκτιμήσουν. Τώρα για το αν θα φέρει καινούργιο κόσμο δεν ξέρω. Όπως το πάρει ο καθένας. Σίγουρα είναι μέσα στο top 5 αγαπημένα μου Ratchet & Clank αλλά δυστυχώς ή ευτυχώς δεν ξεπερνάει το Ratchet & Clank 3 , ούτε το 2 , ούτε και το A Crack in Time.
