    11/12/24 I'm returning after a year for an update. The device works normally. Its disadvantage is the short cable. I solved this with a short extension cord because the connection of the wires inside is simple and can be cut with a pull. Also, no one should lie on it. It really relieves and has saved me many times from pain in my neck, throat, shoulders, back, and lower back. If it breaks, I will buy it again.

    (First impression Christmas '23) For now, it does its job and more. The pressure it exerts is satisfactory, and combined with the heat it emits, it relieves my neck and shoulder blades. I reserve judgment and will return for correction if something happens.
