• It is recommended to take 1-3 sachets per day, each sachet diluted in a glass with 150 ml of water, unless otherwise advised by a health professional.
• Specifically, as support in case of acute cystitis, the suggested use is as follows:1st, 2nd, and 3rd day: 3 sachets per day4th and 5th day: 2 sachets per dayThe sachets should be taken throughout the day.
• As prevention to avoid the occurrence of new recurrences of cystitis, the suggested dosage is 1 sachet per day for at least 1 month.
• It is recommended to drink at least 2 liters of water per day to facilitate diuresis.
