A comedic yet instructive adventure! (early February 2023)
I received my beautiful duck yesterday. I placed it on the mat of my living room where I sleep, accommodating relatives in my guest bedroom. I was delighted that it would save me from going down the stairs at night, and I felt relieved inside it at 4 in the morning until... I felt moisture on the mat I was stepping on! Leakage?! I grabbed a cloth and wiped the floor-mat until... a suspicious tap tap tap... from underneath! I rushed to the stairs and saw drops of "my production" falling on the TV and the power strip behind it. Oh no!!!... I went back to sleep around 6 am. I hadn't checked the duck before using it and it betrayed me, due to poor sealing of its "seam" at the back.
Moral lesson: check the waterproofing before use!!!
P.S. Its replacement has already been accepted!

Παρέλαβα χτες το όμορφο παπάκι μου. Το έβαλα στο παταράκι του καθιστικού όπου κοιμάμαι , φιλοξενώντας συγγενείς στην κραββατοκάμαρά μου. Πανευτυχής που θα με γλύτωνε από το νυχτερινό κατέβασμα της σκάλας, ανακουφίστηκα μέσα του στις 4 το πρωί ώσπου... ένοιωσα υγρασία στο χαλάκι που πατούσα! Διαρροή;! Αρπαξα ένα ρούχο και σκούπιζα πάτωμα-χαλάκι ώσπου... ένα ύποπτο τακ τακ τακ... από κάτω! Ορμησα στη σκάλα και είδα σταγόνες "παραγωγής μου" να πέφτουν στην τηλεόραση και το πολύμπριζο πίσω της. ααααχ!!!...Ξανακοιμήθηκα κατά τις 6πμ. Δεν είχα ελέγξει το παπάκι πριν τη χρήση κι αυτό με πρόδωσε, από κακή συγκόλληση της "ραφής" στα οπίσθιά του.
Ηθικό δίδαγμα: ελέγχετε τη στεγανότητα πριν τη χρήση!!!
ΥΓ. Εγινε ήδη δεκτή η αντικατάστασή του!
