I bought it after purchasing many pillows, hoping it would be more comfortable than using two pillows together. However, there are a few things I need to mention.
1. It is made of hard foam.
2. It might help someone with a serious snoring problem for a few days.
3. It is definitely not a pillow for comfortable sleep.
4. I find the height of 30cm somewhat excessive, even for snoring. The point is to protect yourself but also be able to sleep.
5. That's why I gave it to a friend who makes mattresses and had it cut to a height of 15cm. Now I can sleep on it with a thin pillow.
6. If you use it to elevate your legs, it's great.
7. It's also perfect if you read or work in bed. You place it vertically on the small side and it provides perfect support
Το πήρα μετά από αγορά πολλών μαξιλαριών μήπως και είναι πιο ξεκούραστο ...απ το να βάζεις 2 μαξιλάρια μαζί....αλλά πρέπει να αναφέρουμε μερικά πραγματα.

2.Για κάποιον που έχει σοβαρό πρόβλημα παλινδρόμησης ίσως να τον βοηθήσει για λίγες μέρες..
3.Δεν είναι μαξιλάρι για να κοιμηθείς άνετα σε καμιά περίπτωση....
4.Θεωρώ το ύψος 30εκ. κάπως υπερβολικό ακόμα και για παλινδρόμηση....το θέμα έιναι να προστατευτείς αλλά και να μπορέσεις να κοιμηθείς...
5.Γιαυτο λοιπόν το πήγα σε ένα φίλο που φτιανχει στρώματα και μου το έκοψε σε ύψος στα 15 εκατοστά...τώρα μπορώ να κοιμηθώ πάνω σε αυτό με ένα λεπτό μαξιλάρι.
6.Αν το χρησιμοποιήσετε για να κρατάτε τα πόδια ψηλά είναι σούπερ..
