This specific product is the first one with melatonin that I have tried so far. I have been using it for about a week. Firstly, I must say that after taking the capsule, in order for it to take effect, you should not have any electronic devices open. During the night, everything is fine, but around the 6th hour, I wake up from strange dreams. About 1 hour after waking up, I feel drowsy for about another 4 hours. Additionally, some other side effects that I have noticed are lower abdominal pain and overall feeling very sluggish throughout the day.

In general, I have trouble falling asleep. I have tried other products that gave me a headache upon waking up. With this specific one, I had a peaceful sleep and woke up with a wonderful feeling of energy.
