Thera-Band balance discs - dynamic cushions are used for balance and proprioception training. They also function as seat cushions for strengthening and proper posture of the torso. Useful in various balance exercises, they are suitable for use in the office, school, and gym.

The disc has 2 sides: one smooth surface and one with knobs for proprioception training. The side with knobs offers a light massage to the glutes when sitting or to the feet when standing.

Available in 3 sizes: 33cm, 36cm, and 50cm. It is made from PVC and comes pre-inflated with air, with the option for additional inflation. It can support a weight of up to 160kg.

It can be combined with other fitness equipment such as a flexibar oscillation bar or resistance bands to increase the difficulty.
