Users generally appreciate how effectively it detangles knots and leaves the coat soft. They report that it helps even with stubborn knots, especially when used with a suitable comb, and that its scent is subtle. However, in some cases it doesn’t help enough, and some users have reported difficulty with the pump.
Very good product. It untangles knots and leaves the fur soft with a very nice subtle scent.
In my small Yorkie, it didn't help much. Whether I put water or this, it's all the same where it has tangled fur.
Excellent product! It helps to untangle even the most difficult knots, in combination with a suitable comb.
Nice line of products. Knots gone!
