I bought this scanner to digitize my documents. It takes quite a while to produce accurate results. It is absolutely useless for scanning photos. I would recommend using a (possibly cheaper) app that takes a photo and converts it into a PDF document instead. This particular tool would be useful if there were no apps and high-quality mobile cameras available.

I installed the ABBY Fine Reader that came with the package disc. I inserted batteries, a memory card, formatted it according to the instructions, set the date, resolution, and default file type (.pdf). So far, I am all set up and ready for scanning. But guess what, I could never manage to scan anything!! Let alone view a scanned file on my laptop. Despite being very careful in following what was written in Greek-Chinese-English (thankfully, I am very proficient in English after 5 years of studying in England). The instructions are very unclear and the scanner does not work according to them, or there is a step (or steps) that the creators of this scanner have missed. The result for me was that it didn't work at all. So, all I have to say is: STAY AWAY. I lost nearly 80 euros.

Έβαλα μπαταρίες, κάρτα μνήμης, την φορμάρισα σύμφωνα με τις οδηγίες, έβαλα την ημερομηνία, την ανάλυση, τον προεπιλεγμένο τύπο αρχείου (.pdf). Άρα ως εδώ είμαι ρυθμισμένος και έτοιμος για σκανάρισμα. Έλα μου που ποτέ δεν μπόρεσα να σκανάρω!!!!! Πόσο δε μάλλον να δω σκαναρισμένο αρχείο στο laptop μου.
