In combination with brushing before applying the gel, it did an amazing job within a week! The tartar started to dissolve and fall off in small pieces. I use it daily, applying two drops of gel, one on the left side of the mouth and one on the right, directly on the areas with tartar. Don't make the mistake of using it in the morning and at night. It's excessive, I did it the first time I used it and my dog got sick. Using it once a day, there was no issue at all! Awesome product, I like the taste! I will update when the tartar is completely gone.
