A very select extra virgin olive oil from the island of Corfu, with a fresh aroma and taste, rich in texture and healthy antioxidants.
It is produced by the Daphni family, who have been carefully tending to the centuries-old olive trees of the "Lianolia" variety for three generations. This unfiltered early harvest oil is collected and cold-pressed at the Daphni family's mill at very low temperatures using the gentlest methods.
This labor-intensive care yields a wonderful natural olive juice with unusually high levels of polyphenols, which are responsible for the health benefits of olive oil.
The olive oil is stored in a packaging unit certified for hygienic standards HACCP and ISO 22000: 2005 (OLIVE FABRICA).
