• Chios mandarin (50%)
• Sugar
• Sesame (8%)
• Lemon juice

They can be consumed as a light dessert after a heavy meal but also as a nutritious snack at home, school, or the office. In Greece, they are usually offered at weddings, engagements, or baptisms.
