I bought this product about 2 years ago.
I have been using it approximately every 2 months for one jumpstart as I work overseas and my car sits for the 2 months I am away.
Yesterday when I needed it, there was no indicator light and after charging for the whole day no sign of being able to operate.
The unit itself in the begining was a game changer, however after 2 years and being used approximately 8 times over the 2 year period it has finally given up.
To note, I always charge it fully before I leave and it is stored in a stable temperate cupboard.

It barely worked 4-5 times. Yesterday I went to charge it, suddenly the LEDs turned on, I pressed the button to turn them off but there was no response. I put it to charge and nothing happened. It suddenly broke down. Stay away. I saw others had similar problems. As for the service, I think it is nonexistent as well

It does the job, albeit with some difficulty. That is, it requires more effort to succeed

The product does its job well but the 400 cca is not enough for my car which needs 540 cca. My mistake. So I mainly use it as a power bank. I bought a more powerful one.

It's worth it for someone who wants something simple. I should mention that I have used it several times with no battery, 2.5 liters of diesel and 2.3 liters of gasoline easily

The saying goes that the wise children, when they run out of battery, have already bought a jump starter, according to those who have found themselves in the cold or under the scorching sun with a pair of cables in hand, hoping that the good Samaritan will help them.

In my case, I found myself under the scorching sun and apparently the electrons had also melted from the heat and refused to move. No problem, I thought, I must have this gadget somewhere in the trunk that I bought a couple of years ago, and indeed, after I found it, I connected it to the battery and turned the ignition. Vroom, the car responded and the sound system was celebrating by playing Pontic songs.

After so long without charging, it had the energy to start the car.

After I recharged it fully, it was able to start the car 3 more times.

Reliable, whenever needed it got me out of a tough spot. Most of the time, though, I was a good angel for others...

Although I haven't needed it for my own car so far, it worked perfectly for my neighbor who ran out of battery. He started it up with remarkable ease!

I have used it a few times but it has made me look good. I have used it up to 3 times in 1 day, since I had a dead battery and I could easily put it in that many times.

I can't start the automatic Citroen C2 with anything because it takes a long time to engage gear from the dashboard... everything else is fine

I have put in front any type of car I have tried and of course I charge any device with the power bank. It doesn't have QC or PD but it does the job without worrying about damaging your device

I bought it two years ago for 42.80e and I needed to start a 2000 Opel Astra that had been stationary for over 8 months! It started right away without any struggle, and then I needed to do two more starts without any issues! A month ago, I gave it to my son and came here to get a second one for myself, but its price is outrageous, so I'm looking for something else! If there's a cheap and good alternative suggestion from a friend, I'm open to it! Good tool but so expensive! Three stars because it's pricey!

After 3 years and occasional use, it stopped working and charging. Non-existent service.

Purchased 2 years ago for 40 euros. It had been used to start a moped 3-4 times, of course, it had no problem. Today it was used to start a car (diesel 1.5) No problem, it didn't make a sound.

Fantastic, it has saved me countless times after my engine has stalled. It has even provided power to a car to get it started.. and it comfortably has 10+ boosts before needing a recharge.

I bought it in 2022 and I have thrown it in the bag for two to three months, making sure it is charged. My kids needed it twice because I ran out of battery, and both times it saved me. A very good tool, I highly recommend it

It was a mistake not to check the warranty, maybe I got a faulty one!

It worked well for 2 weeks when purchased. After not being used for 4 months, it no longer charges at all. No matter how many times I tried, it just won't charge. For it to break after only a few uses in the beginning, it's not worth the money. I will not buy the same brand again because I have read many similar comments from others now. Maybe this just happens with some of their products, but I don't want to risk it again

One of the best jumpstarters on the market. It also indicates how much battery the power bank has inside. It has saved us from many situations where we or someone else had an issue with the battery. It also indicates if the battery is not charging at all.

It has saved me many times, in situations where it is difficult for someone else to provide power to you with cables. Excellent, easy to use and reliable tool!

After minimal use and about a year and a half of ownership, it stopped charging.. money wasted.

I had it for 2 years and it broke, and I got the same one (with replacement, I didn't pay for it). It is excellent. I have used it 8 times in a row in the front engine of the car (1800 cc) without charging it in between, and it still had power to give. I would buy it again with my eyes closed, I don't go on a trip without it.

It does what I say and very well, I have tried them 5 times and I have used them on a 2.5l diesel engine. I just wish they had longer cables.

To friends who say it doesn't charge, I had the same problem. Try restarting the device by holding down the button for ten seconds and it will restart, otherwise try a different charger. I hope I helped

It was under warranty, but it wasn't replaced, they just refunded the money, because now it costs more than 38 euros that I bought it for, it costs 64+. Which I find unacceptable.

I have used it on both a Golf GT 1400 and a Smart 700. Works great on both, and even for more than one start without charging.

I made the evaluation just to inform members that according to European Union legislation, every product legally circulated within it has a TWO (2) YEAR WARRANTY!!! (More for the friend who made the evaluation on 8/9/2023! Maybe they will see it and ask for a replacement)

I forgot to turn off the alarms all night and in the morning, the car fuses wouldn't open either. As soon as I connected the starter, the car started on the first try. I consider it a very good product for its price. Sturdy and well-made construction.
