With other pots that I have, I have indeed seen this difference. I bought this set to have an additional set with 100% compatible (theoretically) devices with the cooker. It takes 1 hour to boil 1 liter of water! I'm not saying this for exaggeration! It's measured with a stopwatch! I put 1 liter of water in the saucepan, and after 45 minutes, I see the first bubbles. It takes another quarter to reach the boiling point! A total of 1 hour.
Obviously, something is not right... with the simple devices I have, 1 liter of water boils in 1-2 minutes... Maybe, even though they claim to be suitable for induction cookers, they are not. I don't know what the problem is. The only thing I know is that the whole set was a disappointment...
If you have an induction cooker, think about it again!

Για να βράσει 1 lt νερό θέλει 1 ώρα! Δεν το λέω χάριν υπερβολής! Μετρημένο με ρολόι είναι! Βάζω 1 lt νερό στο κατσαρολάκι, και μετά από 45 λεπτά βλέπω τις πρώτες φουσκάλες. Για να φτάσει σε σημείο να κοχλάζει το νερό, θέλει ένα τεταρτάκι ακόμα! 1 ώρα σύνολο.
Προφανώς και κάτι δεν πάει καλά... στις απλές συσκευές που έχω, 1 lt νερό βράζει σε 1-2 λεπτά.. Ίσως ενώ λένε ότι είναι κατάλληλες για επαγωγικές κουζίνες, τελικά να μην είναι. Δεν ξέρω τι φταίει. Το μόνο που ξέρω, είναι ότι πήγε όλο το σετ άπατο...
Αν έχετε επαγωγική κουζίνα, σκεφτείτε το πάλι!
