I got it for the living room, to watch the dog when we’re away, so he doesn’t get into any mischief.
Very good camera, at a very good price. It works perfectly through the app, and notifies you of any movement it detects in the house.
The image in the dark is equally good.
Some minor issues with the wi-fi but generally it connects almost always.
I recommend it both for its reliability and quality!
The privacy mode is also very nice, where it turns towards the wall and hides, so you’re sure that even if someone hacks it, no one is watching you.

sometimes it freezes and I can't see! if I'm lucky it might come back on its own in a little while (5-6), otherwise with a restart

The only negative is that it does not connect to the Eufy homebase so you have to insert an SD card (which is not included for it to work) but you can see it in the app normally along with the other Eufy devices

Are there better ones than this? Obviously. But they cost more money.

The reason I got it was to store not on SD but on a central unit. This can only work with Homebase 3, none of the previous ones. I have the doorbell that works with HomeBase2, they are not compatible.
However, you can view them from the same app as the eufy doorbell.

If you ask me if I would recommend buying it, I would say yes!

For its price, the camera is really very good. It has satisfactory response, clear image, and stable operation. Its settings are simple and understandable. An ideal choice for anyone who wants something reliable without spending a lot.

Average in all aspects. I bought it because it was compatible with Apple HomeKit, but if you use it there, it is only stationary without the ability to rotate. For control and rotation, you need to open its own app. The two-way communication is half-duplex; you hold down a button in the app, speak, and when you release the button your audio message is sent, but it never reached the camera in full.

very good picture and quite a few features but suddenly after one year the sound stopped and consequently the sound notification function also stopped, which is essential when you have small children at home.

For use in a large room with a pet, it is an ideal camera so far. Very easy installation with crystal clear image day and night, wide image range, rotation capability, and two-way communication. Time will tell how it performs with the SD card, etc. For its price, it is excellent and has been a real lifesaver for us!

The use of it is for a Baby monitor above the crib. Excellent image day and night. The use of the microphone is not that clear. Continuous recording works on QNAP NAS.

I have bought 6 pieces. After the latest updates, it does continuous recording and replaces the older recordings (finally). It accepts up to 128GB memory card. It is only powered. The app is quite user-friendly and has many features. You can install cameras from different locations in the same app, e.g., home camera and store camera. With built-in microphone and speaker. I have two on balconies, but they are not exposed to rain and have been working for almost 2 years.

For its price, I believe it is very good. Compared to a similar 6-year-old camera, it has minor differences in tracking capabilities, slightly better image quality, etc., unlike the audio transmission from the area, which is a bit lower in volume even though it is newer technology. I installed it on the ceiling, and it covers an apartment area of 45m2 with a good view even at the farthest points. It sends a lot of notifications when my dog moves, even while sleeping, at all sensitivity levels. In tracking, it loses track because if you pass in front of it quickly and exit its field of view, the camera freezes there and waits for you. It doesn't go to the calibration position, resulting in it not seeing any other movement in the monitored area again. It has everything you need in terms of settings, although I don't think the sensitivity levels change anything significantly.

Purchased with the birth of our first child for exclusive use as a baby cam. We are 100% satisfied in every way. I have placed it above the crib and use an old phone as a monitor. It is very easy to connect to the phone. It has very good image quality during the day and at night in complete darkness I can still see if the baby is breathing. The extremely sensitive microphone picks up even when the baby changes sides. The cry detection with notification is quite useful, and with the pet detection feature, I know when our cats approach the crib. I have had it for 1.5 years and have never had any problems with disconnections. The only thing that troubled me was connecting it to the computer so I could use my computer screen as a monitor. With a little searching and using an Android emulator like Bluestacks, I can sit at the PC and keep an eye on it there too. For its price, it is fantastic

Excellent image and software. However, as others have mentioned, after the 2nd year, it broke. At first, it starts not recognizing the SD cards, and then it crashes...

The camera turned out to be an excellent choice and has been very convenient for monitoring our cat! It has a very clear image, even in the dark, which allows us to see the cat whenever we want, even at night. The connection was easy and the app is very user-friendly. Also, we can hear or talk to our cat when we are away, which is great for our peace of mind. Overall, this is a reliable and useful purchase that is worth the money!

In the first year, it worked perfectly! Then the problems started... It wouldn't recognize the SD cards no matter how many I changed. Suddenly, we had to buy cloud storage. Then the disconnections started, and now we’ve reached the point where I can't even log in! Neither with WiFi nor with data!

Unacceptable camera! Within a few weeks it started making noise in the sound and after a month it completely stopped connecting to WiFi. In communication with the store, they told me to remove special characters from the WiFi and that the noise I hear is interference... The interference, of course, as I said, did not exist from the beginning! Support, that is, as it suits us.
Also, I am quite confused by its settings and the fact that through HomeKit I cannot control it fully. Whatever I try to do is hidden and I have to find it in the settings; in this, of course, both Apple HomeKit and the camera app are to blame. Regarding the Pan & Tilt feature, it is flawless, but what good is that to me..

I have bought 3 of these and have been using them for over 1 year. I have no issues and they work perfectly. I operate them seamlessly through Apple HomeKit.

Perfect simply easy convenient user-friendly and it gets the job done even for someone like me who doesn't know much

Initially, I was excited and bought a second one, but after 1.5 years of use, I had the following issues. Initially, the microphone stopped working on both cameras after a few months, so I had video but no sound. When the first one broke, I tried hard to fix it with a reset, etc., but I couldn't until the second one broke and I realized it's a general weakness of the product. Secondly, after a few months, I had issues with the cloud subscription where even though I paid, it didn't show me the recordings and essentially I only had the option of an SD card for video storage. However, if you are interested in monitoring the space when you are away, this makes no sense because anyone who enters can simply take the camera along with whatever it recorded.

Very good image and as a camera it has many capabilities through its software. Relatively easy installation and use. I give it 4 stars because sometimes (rarely) the software shows me notifications that I need to format the SD card (which is not necessary in my case because I don't keep any video on the card). The response time (i.e. the notification that will come to your phone when the camera detects motion) is about 0.5-1 second (which also has to do with the internet speed).

We bought 2 for the rooms of the house where the child moves. They worked well for the two years they had warranty. Then both of them left us. First one stopped playing and then the other stopped transmitting sound. If they are only for two years they deserve only 2 stars. What a pity!

I have 6 of these at home.

The positives:
- good image and sound
- decent night mode
- even though it is sold as for indoor use, it can withstand a little rain on the balcony (it is quite protected where I have it but not 100%)

The negatives:
- two-way communication is NOT two-way. You press the button to record, release the button and send. While you are talking, you cannot hear what the other person is saying. The same goes for the first 2-3 seconds after sending. Overall, a VERY POOR IMPLEMENTATION of "two-way" communication, which in practice is NOT
- unreliable motion tracking. Although there is an option in the settings to notify you if it detects movement from a person and/or pet, in practice it does not distinguish between them. I have enabled it to notify me only if it sees a person, and in practice it notifies me every time my cat passes by

I bought two cameras for monitoring an elderly person. After a year of use, it remains amazing. Notifications for when it detects motion, recording of incidents, and the image in complete darkness could be better than during the day. An incredible camera that I highly recommend.

Very good analysis and covers a wide range of space, BUT after 1 year of use, the microphone stopped working as well as the sound, and I receive sound detection notifications without actually detecting any sound

Good camera for indoor use, with 360 rotation covering the entire room. The only downside (which maybe all cameras have, it's the first time I'm using one) is that it doesn't have good visibility of the floor unless it is tilted. And this is only because personally I got it to mainly see my little cat when I'm away. However, as a general visibility of the space, it is very satisfactory.

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience.
In general, I frequently experienced disconnections while I was away from home and needed to check. Therefore, I had reliability issues, which is the number one factor for a surveillance camera.

After 2 years, the reset button does not work, so I cannot reconnect it. I spoke to support and the only thing they suggested was to buy a new one with a 15% discount.

As I mentioned, for me and I imagine for others as well, reliability is the number one factor. In this aspect, I am not satisfied at all

While in the first year of operation everything was perfect, afterwards the sound in playback and live was lost. Also, I couldn't speak through the camera. After a lot of searching, I found that the problem was due to a software update. Since then, and after 1 year, the problem remains and even after the next software update, the problem persists. So, stay away.

Suddenly, without any problem, it started and made a white noise from the microphone, and after 2 days it is dead! It doesn't capture sound and you can only see the image. You can't hear anything. So useless for security! And we haven't even closed the time!
