The fastest cheap USB stick!

I say cheap... because if you expect speeds above 15mb/sec, forget it.
In transferring small files, it reached up to 20mb/sec. Of course, it doesn't maintain a steady speed, it has fluctuations, but it didn't drop to 0.00 like many other sticks at this price.

As for its reliability, I don't know anything yet, but I rely on the fact that it is Kingston.

Simple plastic construction, but you don't feel like it will fall apart.

Buy without fear!

Tragic for Kingston, so bad first time. And we are not only referring to the speed, I have it for a month and it started doing stupid things, not being recognized by PCs or when it is recognized, it suddenly locks with write protection.

Guys, this particular flash drive is clearly USB 2.0 for simple backup use and nothing else. It is very slow and there is absolutely no justification for calling it USB 3.2 with a max write transfer rate of 15.5MB/s! You buy it just to "get the job done" as a backup and then put it aside.

    Value for money storage medium.
It has very fast read speed, but very slow write speed.
That is, when you transfer files onto it, it's slow, and when you read files (e.g. watch a movie from the flash drive) it's very fast.

It is good for frequent reading and little writing, e.g.:
    1) You fill it with movies/music, plug it in somewhere (TV) and leave it there.
    2) You use it as a toolbox (carry software tools/executables with you, things you put on it once and then just copy elsewhere).
    3) Portfolio/Work disk (you keep your projects on it and work directly from the flash drive, without copying them to the PC each time).

It is bad for large frequent writes, e.g.:
    1) Daily backup (unless it is background automated and you don't care about the time).
    2) Frequent file transfers.

Its cap snaps onto the round loop at the back, so you don't lose it.

On the positive side, its affordable price for the large capacity it offers. The big negative is that it has very low, disgraceful speeds in the range of 3.2MB-10mb/s!!! to copy files from the hard drive! It really gets on your nerves and for this reason I do not recommend it! Failed product!

During data transfer of about 25GB (music with an average file size of 8MB), after less than half an hour, speeds dropped to 700KB/s - 5MB/s without showing signs of overheating.
It still has 2.5 hours to go (the transfer was completed after more than 3 hours).
It is plugged into a USB 3.2 port.
    ------
Surprisingly, in a 3.0 port, it had an average read speed of 30MB/s, which is still terrible.
For a 128GB stick, these speeds are disgraceful. If I wanted to fill it up, I would have to spend a whole day.
I'm not saying the price wasn't cheap, but you can't sell this thing just because it has a large capacity.

It works well, it recognizes quickly, but when the transfer lasts more than a few seconds, its speed drops sharply.

For example, I transfer a 20GB file, for 10 seconds it transfers data at the expected speeds, and then it starts a loop where the speed drops to 0 for a few seconds, then goes back up for a few seconds and drops again... etc.

So the total time for transferring large files is very long and not as expected

Excessively slow stick, but for a 64GB stick at 3.50 euros I didn't expect anything better and neither should you.

a good cheap stick with enough capacity. I hope it lasts over time. it's just ok for data transfer always in a blue USB port, in a black one it will behave like usb 2.

It is so slow that it makes it useless for transferring files. I thought it was defective but after a bit of research I realized that everyone has the same problem

In my case, on a USB 3.2 port, it does not exceed 10 MB/s write speed.
Its actual capacity is 230 GB

Very slow. Out of the 4 I got, 2 of them as soon as I connect them show a problem where Windows scans and fixes them and then they work.

After 2-3 months it does that thing where it writes slowly, then quickly, then slowly again, like low-quality sticks do, so I wouldn't recommend it

Very good, I put it on an LG TV to record Nickelodeon kids' shows, and it works perfectly! Especially at this price, it's the best.

It is not suitable for large file transfers. The transfer is incredibly slow. I regret the money I spent

I gave one star because it doesn't let me give zero. They probably brought it to me defective, otherwise there's no explanation for how tragically slow it is.

It does what it says for the money. For simple use to transfer images for installation every now and then, it's just fine. For frequent use, it's slow

It's a scam. It says USB 3.2 but its speeds are terrible. It's one thing for the plug to be USB 3.2 and another thing for the hardware to be able to reach those speeds. Stay away.

  • Guys, this particular flash drive is clearly USB 2.0 for simple backup use and nothing else. It is very slow and there is absolutely no justification for calling it USB 3.2 with a max write transfer rate of 15.5MB/s! You buy it just to "get the job done" as a backup and then put it aside.

  • Terrible, I tried to transfer a video and it tells me it's too large even though it's half the capacity of the USB, wasted money

  • Value for money storage medium.

  • On the positive side, its affordable price for the large capacity it offers. The big negative is that it has very low, disgraceful speeds in the range of 3.2MB-10mb/s!!! to copy files from the hard drive! It really gets on your nerves and for this reason I do not recommend it! Failed product!
