Suddenly, after about a year of purchase and very little use (pruning 14 olive trees in the spring), the batteries died. It should be noted that I had them in different places from each other. After 12!!! days, the service told me that they absorbed moisture and are useless... each one cost around 120 euros!!!! Obviously, they are going to the trash, a failed purchase.
ξαφνικά μετά από περίπου ένα χρόνο αγοράς , και χρήση πολύ λίγη (κλάδεμα 14 εληες την άνοιξη) , νεκρωθηκαν οι μπαταρίες. Σημειωτέον τις είχα σε διαφορετικά μέρη την μια αποτην αλλη , από το σέρβις μετά από 12!!! μέρες ,μου είπαν ότι τράβηξαν υγρασία και είναι άχρηστες...τιμή εκάστης γύρω στα 120 ευρώ !!!! πάει για τα σκουπίδια προφανώς , μια αποτυχημένη αγορά .
It broke in just ten days! I sent it for service with a note stating that it is urgent as my work was left unfinished and the pruning cannot wait. Ten days later, I contacted them and they told me that they will look into it at some point and that the warranty has a process (the sale and payment are done in a flash!). FAR AWAY THEN!! Look for something different.. There are many options in the market
Χάλασε σε δέκα μέρες μόνο! Το έστειλα στο σέρβις με την υποσημείωση ότι είναι επείγον καθώς έμεινε η δουλειά μου στη μέση και το κλάδεμα δεν μπορεί να περιμένει. Δέκα μέρες μετά επικοινώνησα μαζί τους και μου είπαν ότι θα το κοιτάξουν κάποια στιγμή και ότι η εγγύηση έχει κάποια διαδικασία (η πώληση και η πληρωμή γίνονται στο αψε σβήσε!).. ΜΑΚΡΙΆ ΛΟΙΠΌΝ!! Κοιτάξτε κάτι διαφορετικό.. Υπάρχουν πολλά στην αγορά
