Ingredients

1 vegetable capsule provides on average:

  • Riboflavin (from riboflavin 5'-phosphate) 25 mg
  • Niacin (from inositol hexanicotinate) 50 mg NE
  • Vitamin B6 (from pyridoxal 5-phosphate) 25 mg
  • Folate (as calcium L-5 methyltetrahydrofolate) 400 mcg DFE
  • Vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin) 250 mcg 
  • Biotin 25 mcg 
  • Choline (from choline dihydrogen citrate) 25 mg 
  • Benfotiamine (advanced thiamin derivative) 36 mg 
  • PABA (para-aminobenzoic acid) 25 mg 
  • Pantethine (coenzyme A precursor) (from Pantesin® 55% pantethine) 25 mg 
  • Inositol (from inositol hexanicotinate) 12.5 mg 

Other ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose (plant fiber), cellulose (vegetable capsule), silica, magnesium stearate.
