Most of the comments apply. I bought it after extensive market research. Let's get to the point, and I must admit that despite the market research, reading countless reviews and comparisons, I was very lucky because I didn't see anywhere something extremely important being mentioned.
The steam generation happens in the base mechanism! That means the iron is super lightweight. This is not the case with all similar irons, but with a rather limited number. For me, this is one of the most important issues as I have significant problems with my hands and not only (neck, tendonitis, etc.).
As for ironing, the time is indeed minimized compared to conventional irons. For example, now the sheets are ironed much more easily, which used to be a nightmare, and I have finally stopped sending shirts to the cleaners, so the cost will be recouped immediately if I consider the time and money I save.

After more than 2 years, I descaled it (just rinsed a small tube under the tap that comes out by unscrewing it).
A real workhorse, I don't know if others have had issues with limescale or switches, but in our case it works as if we bought it yesterday.
It has more than paid for itself, I even owe it!

Πάμε στην ουσία και οφείλω να ομολογήσω ότι παρά την έρευνα αγοράς διαβάζοντας άπειρα σχόλια και συγκριτικά, στάθηκα πολύ τυχερός καθώς δεν είδα πουθενά να αναφέρεται κάτι τρομερά σημαντικό.
Η ατμοποίηση γίνεται στον μηχανισμό της βάσης! Δηλαδή το σίδερο είναι πανάλαφρο. Αυτό δεν ισχύει σε όλα τα αντίστοιχα σίδερα αλλά σε αρκετά περιορισμένο αριθμό. Για μένα είναι από τα πιο σημαντικά θέματα καθώς υπάρχει σημαντικό πρόβλημα στα χέρια και όχι μόνο (αυχενικά, τενοντίτιδες κλπ.).
Όσον αφορά στα του σιδερώματος, όντως ελαχιστοποιείται ο χρόνος σε σχέση με τα συμβατικά σίδερα.
Ενδεικτικά να αναφέρω ότι τώρα τα σεντόνια σιδερώνονται πολύ πιο εύκολα, τα οποία ήταν μαρτύριο, ενώ τέλος σταμάτησα να στέλνω τα πουκάμισα καθαριστήριο, οπότε η απόσβεση θα γίνει άμεσα αν σκεφτώ τον χρόνο και τα λεφτά που γλυτώνω.

Μετά από πάνω από 2 χρόνια, του έκανα αφαλάτωση (απλά ξέπλυνα στην βρύση ενα σωληνάκι που βγαίνει ξεβιδώνοντας το).
Σκυλί του πολέμου, δεν ξέρω αν έβγαλε σε άλλους κάποιο πρόβλημα με άλατα ή διακόπτες, αλλά στην δικη μας περίπτωση δουλεύει σαν να το αγοράσαμε χθες.
Τα λεφτά του, όχι μόνο τα έβγαλε, αλλά του χρωστάω κιόλας.

Η αγορά έγινε τον Αύγουστο του 2024.Ενώ σιδέρωνε καλά ,τον Ιανουάριο του 2025 άρχισε να χάνει πολύ ατμό από το μπροστινό μέρος επειδή άνοιξαν τα πλαστικά μέρη και δημιουργήθηκε κενό .Μετά από λίγες ημέρες άρχισε να σφυρίζει δυνατά όλη την ώρα όπως η παλιές τσίγκινες τσαγιέρες .Απογοητευμένη πλήρως ,καμία σχέση με την stirela που είχα στο παρελθόν και κράτησε 12 χρόνια.Επικοινώνησα με την Skroutz ,έγινε επιστροφή για επιδιόρθωση και τελικά επειδή δεν μπόρεσε να επισκευαστεί έγινε επιστροφή χρημάτων.

It has a huge issue with limescale and when it gets clogged, water runs out and stains the clothes even though I descale it when the light comes on. When I turned on the device and it was cold, I placed the water tank on its base and it fit/snapped in correctly. It even made the characteristic "click" sound of snapping into place.
As soon as the device heated up and I started ironing, a gap began to form between the top of the device and the top of the water tank (which initially were touching). This happens every time it is turned on cold and heats up (obviously due to the contraction-expansion of the plastic parts).
I had 2 previous models of the same brand and did not encounter this problem.
Όταν έθεσα σε λειτουργία την συσκευή και ηταν κρύα, τοποθέτησα το δοχείο νερού στη βάση του και εφάρμοσε/κούμπωσε σωστά. Έκανε και το χαρακτηριστικό "κλικ" του κουμπώματος.
Μόλις ζεστάθηκε συσκευή και άρχισα να σιδερώνω άρχισε να δημιουργείται ένα κενό μεταξύ του επάνω μέρους της συσκευής και του επάνω μέρους του δοχείου νερού (που αρχικά εφάπτονταν). Αυτό συμβαίνει κάθε φορά που ενώ είναι κρύο τίθεται σε λειτουργία και θερμαίνεται (προφανώς συμβαίνει λόγω της συστολής-διαστολής των πλαστικών μερών).
Είχα 2 προγενέστερα μοντέλα της ίδιας μάρκας και δεν αντιμετώπισα αυτό το πρόβλημα.

IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD - STAY AWAY, ridiculous device, with problems in managing limescale and tap water. The instructions are bad, but that's not the main issue. The main issue is that in 2 cases, I had exactly the same problem with the device stopping working. I requested a return and, making the mistake of not keeping the original serial number of the initial product, I am not sure if I received the repaired old one or a new one. Also, from SKROUTZ, it was not clear to me whether the problematic device was repaired or if they gave me another one. The report says replacement, but the receipt is from an unrelated product, from another user... Therefore, I do not know 100% if the same device had the same fault, or even worse, if I had two problematic devices with the same issue.
In any case, we are talking about a TERRIBLE device. Stay away.

Οι οδηγιες χρησης κακες, αλλα αυτο δεν ειναι το βασικο. Το βασικο ειναι πως σε 2 περιπτωσεις, ειχα ακριβως το ιδιο θεμα με την συσκευη να παυει να λειτουργει.
Εκανα αιτημα επιστροφης και κανοντας το λαθος να μην κρατησω τον αρχικο σειριακο αριθμο του αρχικου προιοντος, δεν ειμαι σιγουρος αν ελαβα επισκευασμενο το παλιο ή καινουργιο.
Επισης απο το ΣΚΡΟΥΤΖ, δεν μου ηταν ξεκαθαρο αν επισκευαστηκε η προβληματικη συσκευη, ή μου εδωσαν αλλη. Στην αναφορα γραφει αντικατασταση, αλλα το παραστατικο ειναι απο ασχετο προιον, αλλου χρηστη...
Συνεπως δεν ξερω 100% αν επαθε η ιδια συσκευη το ιδιο σφαλμα, ή ακομα χειροτερα, αν ειχα δυο προβληματικες συσκευες με το ιδιο ζητημα.

Starting with the positives: the clothes do not burn nor does their color fade from the temperature. It turns off on its own after some time of inactivity! That's it. Negatives: The temperature remains consistently moderate, resulting in having to iron the same spot multiple times to achieve a mediocre result, but the worst part is that when you press for the steam to come out (the steam button is in a very inconvenient spot right under the handle where we hold the iron and many times it is pressed unintentionally) it comes out along with a lot of water which is yellow and stains the clothes! I clean this iron and its water tank thoroughly, I only use deionized water but unfortunately we failed... and I also paid a lot of money for something better.
Αρψίζω από τα καλά: τα ρούχα δεν καίγονται ούτε και αλλοιώνεται το χρώμα τους από τη θερμοκρασία. Σβήνει μόνο του μετά από κάποια ώρα αχρησίας! Αυτά. Αρνητικά: Η θερμοκρασία μένει σταθερά μέτρια με αποτέλεσμα να χρειάζεται να σιδερώνεις το ίδιο σημείο πολλές φορές για να έχεις ένα μέτριο αποτέλεσμα αλλά το χειρότερο είναι ότι όταν πατάς να βγει ο ατμός (το κουμπί του ατμού βρίσκεται σε πολύ άβολο σημείο ακριβώς από κάτω από τη λαβή που κρατάμε το σίδερο κ πολλές φορές πατιέται χωρίς να το θέλουμε) αυτός βγαίνει μαζί με πολλά νερά τα οποία είναι κίτρινα και λερώνουν τα ρούχα! Καθαρίζω σχολαστικά το σίδερο αυτό και το δοχείο του νερού, βάζω μόνο απιονισμένο νερό αλλά δυστυχώς αποτύχαμε... κ πλήρωσα κι ένα σωρό χρήματα για κάτι καλύτερο.

I had an older model from this company (bought in 2015) which really deserved not 5 but 10 stars.
First, you cannot adjust the steam intensity. It always comes out the same way since there is no option to decrease or increase its intensity.
Second, there is no lid to close on top and protect you during transport and storage. A baby can very easily get burned if you leave it stored in a place accessible to the baby. In the past, the company also made a top lid to secure the iron. Now it collects a lot of dust since it is exposed on top.
Third, the power cord does not retract inside like with vacuum cleaners. The old Tefal model did this.
Fourth, the cap for removing limescale does not have the right size to come off easily. I am referring to the outer grip when you twist it and try to remove it.
In general, it takes up space since the cable does not retract. If you can find an older model, buy it.

Είχα παλιότερο μοντέλο αυτή της εταιρίας (αγορά το 2015) που πραγματικά αξιζε όχι για 5 αλλά για 10 αστέρια.
Πρώτον, δεν μπορείς να ρυθμίσεις την ένταση του ατμού. Πάντα βγαίνει με τον ίδιο τρόπο αφού δεν υπάρχει επιλογή για μείωση η αύξηση της έντασης του.
Δεύτερον, δεν υπάρχει καπάκι για να κλείνει από πάνω και να προστατεύεσαι κατά τη μεταφορά και αποθήκευση του. Το μωρό πανεύκολα μπορεί να καεί αν το αφήσεις αποθηκευμένο σε χώρο προσβάσιμο στο μωρό. Ενώ παλιά η εταιρία έβγαζε και καπάκι από πάνω για να ασφαλίζει το σίδερο. Έτσι τώρα μαζεύει πολλή σκόνη αφού είναι εκτεθειμένο από πάνω.
Τρίτον, το καλώδιο για την πρίζα δεν μαζεύεται μέσα όπως στις ηλεκτρικές σκούπες. Ενώ το παλιό μοντέλο τεφαλ το έκανε αυτό.
Τέταρτον, το πώμα για υην αφαιρεση των αλάτων δεν έχει το κατάλληλο μέγεθος για να βγαίνει εύκολα. Αναφέρομαι στο εξωτερικό πιάσιμο όταν το στρίβεις και προσπαθείς να το βγάλεις.
Γενικά, πιανει χωρο αφου το καλωδιο δεν μαζευεται. Αν μπορείτε να βρείτε παλιότερο μοντέλο αγοράστε το.

this specific device is a bad product! η συγκεκριμένη συσκευή είναι ένα κακό προϊόν ! την πήρα γιατί είχα παλαιότερο μοντέλο της ίδιας μάρκας από το οποίο είχα μείνει ικανοποιημένος αφού την είχα περί τα 10 χρόνια χωρίς πρόβλημα! όμως η συγκεκριμένη σε 8 μήνες έπαψε να βγάζει ατμό παρόλο που της έβαζα νερό απιονισμένο χωρις άλατα και την καθάριζα συχνά! δυστυχώς πέταξα 200 ευρώ !

Most of the comments apply. I bought it after extensive market research. Let's get to the point, and I must admit that despite the market research, reading countless reviews and comparisons, I was very lucky because I didn't see anywhere something extremely important being mentioned.
The steam generation happens in the base mechanism! That means the iron is super lightweight. This is not the case with all similar irons, but with a rather limited number. For me, this is one of the most important issues as I have significant problems with my hands and not only (neck, tendonitis, etc.).
As for ironing, the time is indeed minimized compared to conventional irons. For example, now the sheets are ironed much more easily, which used to be a nightmare, and I have finally stopped sending shirts to the cleaners, so the cost will be recouped immediately if I consider the time and money I save.

After more than 2 years, I descaled it (just rinsed a small tube under the tap that comes out by unscrewing it).
A real workhorse, I don't know if others have had issues with limescale or switches, but in our case it works as if we bought it yesterday.
It has more than paid for itself, I even owe it!

Πάμε στην ουσία και οφείλω να ομολογήσω ότι παρά την έρευνα αγοράς διαβάζοντας άπειρα σχόλια και συγκριτικά, στάθηκα πολύ τυχερός καθώς δεν είδα πουθενά να αναφέρεται κάτι τρομερά σημαντικό.
Η ατμοποίηση γίνεται στον μηχανισμό της βάσης! Δηλαδή το σίδερο είναι πανάλαφρο. Αυτό δεν ισχύει σε όλα τα αντίστοιχα σίδερα αλλά σε αρκετά περιορισμένο αριθμό. Για μένα είναι από τα πιο σημαντικά θέματα καθώς υπάρχει σημαντικό πρόβλημα στα χέρια και όχι μόνο (αυχενικά, τενοντίτιδες κλπ.).
Όσον αφορά στα του σιδερώματος, όντως ελαχιστοποιείται ο χρόνος σε σχέση με τα συμβατικά σίδερα.
Ενδεικτικά να αναφέρω ότι τώρα τα σεντόνια σιδερώνονται πολύ πιο εύκολα, τα οποία ήταν μαρτύριο, ενώ τέλος σταμάτησα να στέλνω τα πουκάμισα καθαριστήριο, οπότε η απόσβεση θα γίνει άμεσα αν σκεφτώ τον χρόνο και τα λεφτά που γλυτώνω.
Ελπίζω να βοήθησα λίγο.

Μετά από πάνω από 2 χρόνια, του έκανα αφαλάτωση (απλά ξέπλυνα στην βρύση ενα σωληνάκι που βγαίνει ξεβιδώνοντας το).
Σκυλί του πολέμου, δεν ξέρω αν έβγαλε σε άλλους κάποιο πρόβλημα με άλατα ή διακόπτες, αλλά στην δικη μας περίπτωση δουλεύει σαν να το αγοράσαμε χθες.
Τα λεφτά του, όχι μόνο τα έβγαλε, αλλά του χρωστάω κιόλας.

When I turned on the device and it was cold, I placed the water tank on its base and it fit/snapped in correctly. It even made the characteristic "click" sound of snapping into place.
As soon as the device heated up and I started ironing, a gap began to form between the top of the device and the top of the water tank (which initially were touching). This happens every time it is turned on cold and heats up (obviously due to the contraction-expansion of the plastic parts).
I had 2 previous models of the same brand and did not encounter this problem.
Όταν έθεσα σε λειτουργία την συσκευή και ηταν κρύα, τοποθέτησα το δοχείο νερού στη βάση του και εφάρμοσε/κούμπωσε σωστά. Έκανε και το χαρακτηριστικό "κλικ" του κουμπώματος.
Μόλις ζεστάθηκε συσκευή και άρχισα να σιδερώνω άρχισε να δημιουργείται ένα κενό μεταξύ του επάνω μέρους της συσκευής και του επάνω μέρους του δοχείου νερού (που αρχικά εφάπτονταν). Αυτό συμβαίνει κάθε φορά που ενώ είναι κρύο τίθεται σε λειτουργία και θερμαίνεται (προφανώς συμβαίνει λόγω της συστολής-διαστολής των πλαστικών μερών).
Είχα 2 προγενέστερα μοντέλα της ίδιας μάρκας και δεν αντιμετώπισα αυτό το πρόβλημα.

ξεκάθαρο οχι, το πλήρωσα χρυσό όταν ακόμη ηταν νέα σειρά, έχει μόνιμα θέμα με τα άλατα ενω ακολουθώ ολες τις οδηγίες. το έχουν καθαρίσει κ στο servise και μη πω οτι έγινε χειρότερο. πλεον δεν μπορείς να σιδερώσεις ετσι οπως τρεχει.
IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD - STAY AWAY, ridiculous device, with problems in managing limescale and tap water. The instructions are bad, but that's not the main issue. The main issue is that in 2 cases, I had exactly the same problem with the device stopping working. I requested a return and, making the mistake of not keeping the original serial number of the initial product, I am not sure if I received the repaired old one or a new one. Also, from SKROUTZ, it was not clear to me whether the problematic device was repaired or if they gave me another one. The report says replacement, but the receipt is from an unrelated product, from another user... Therefore, I do not know 100% if the same device had the same fault, or even worse, if I had two problematic devices with the same issue.
In any case, we are talking about a TERRIBLE device. Stay away.

Εκανα αιτημα επιστροφης και κανοντας το λαθος να μην κρατησω τον αρχικο σειριακο αριθμο του αρχικου προιοντος, δεν ειμαι σιγουρος αν ελαβα επισκευασμενο το παλιο ή καινουργιο.
Επισης απο το ΣΚΡΟΥΤΖ, δεν μου ηταν ξεκαθαρο αν επισκευαστηκε η προβληματικη συσκευη, ή μου εδωσαν αλλη. Στην αναφορα γραφει αντικατασταση, αλλα το παραστατικο ειναι απο ασχετο προιον, αλλου χρηστη...
Συνεπως δεν ξερω 100% αν επαθε η ιδια συσκευη το ιδιο σφαλμα, ή ακομα χειροτερα, αν ειχα δυο προβληματικες συσκευες με το ιδιο ζητημα.

Starting with the positives: the clothes do not burn nor does their color fade from the temperature. It turns off on its own after some time of inactivity! That's it. Negatives: The temperature remains consistently moderate, resulting in having to iron the same spot multiple times to achieve a mediocre result, but the worst part is that when you press for the steam to come out (the steam button is in a very inconvenient spot right under the handle where we hold the iron and many times it is pressed unintentionally) it comes out along with a lot of water which is yellow and stains the clothes! I clean this iron and its water tank thoroughly, I only use deionized water but unfortunately we failed... and I also paid a lot of money for something better.
Αρψίζω από τα καλά: τα ρούχα δεν καίγονται ούτε και αλλοιώνεται το χρώμα τους από τη θερμοκρασία. Σβήνει μόνο του μετά από κάποια ώρα αχρησίας! Αυτά. Αρνητικά: Η θερμοκρασία μένει σταθερά μέτρια με αποτέλεσμα να χρειάζεται να σιδερώνεις το ίδιο σημείο πολλές φορές για να έχεις ένα μέτριο αποτέλεσμα αλλά το χειρότερο είναι ότι όταν πατάς να βγει ο ατμός (το κουμπί του ατμού βρίσκεται σε πολύ άβολο σημείο ακριβώς από κάτω από τη λαβή που κρατάμε το σίδερο κ πολλές φορές πατιέται χωρίς να το θέλουμε) αυτός βγαίνει μαζί με πολλά νερά τα οποία είναι κίτρινα και λερώνουν τα ρούχα! Καθαρίζω σχολαστικά το σίδερο αυτό και το δοχείο του νερού, βάζω μόνο απιονισμένο νερό αλλά δυστυχώς αποτύχαμε... κ πλήρωσα κι ένα σωρό χρήματα για κάτι καλύτερο.

Positives
Clothes are ironed very easily, it has a lot of steam and the plate does not stick to any fabric surface.

Negatives (applies to all models of the company)
I had an older model from this company (bought in 2015) which really deserved not 5 but 10 stars.
First, you cannot adjust the steam intensity. It always comes out the same way since there is no option to decrease or increase its intensity.
Second, there is no lid to close on top and protect you during transport and storage. A baby can very easily get burned if you leave it stored in a place accessible to the baby. In the past, the company also made a top lid to secure the iron. Now it collects a lot of dust since it is exposed on top.
Third, the power cord does not retract inside like with vacuum cleaners. The old Tefal model did this.
Fourth, the cap for removing limescale does not have the right size to come off easily. I am referring to the outer grip when you twist it and try to remove it.
In general, it takes up space since the cable does not retract. If you can find an older model, buy it.

Σιδωρωνονται τα ρουχα πανεύκολα, έχει πολύ ατμό και η πλάκα δεν κολλάει σε καμία επιφάνεια ρούχου.
Επίσης είναι ελαφρύ και δεν κουράζεται το χέρι κατά το σιδέρωμα.
Αρνητικά (ισχύει για όλα τα μοντέλα της εταιριας)
Είχα παλιότερο μοντέλο αυτή της εταιρίας (αγορά το 2015) που πραγματικά αξιζε όχι για 5 αλλά για 10 αστέρια.
Πρώτον, δεν μπορείς να ρυθμίσεις την ένταση του ατμού. Πάντα βγαίνει με τον ίδιο τρόπο αφού δεν υπάρχει επιλογή για μείωση η αύξηση της έντασης του.
Δεύτερον, δεν υπάρχει καπάκι για να κλείνει από πάνω και να προστατεύεσαι κατά τη μεταφορά και αποθήκευση του. Το μωρό πανεύκολα μπορεί να καεί αν το αφήσεις αποθηκευμένο σε χώρο προσβάσιμο στο μωρό. Ενώ παλιά η εταιρία έβγαζε και καπάκι από πάνω για να ασφαλίζει το σίδερο. Έτσι τώρα μαζεύει πολλή σκόνη αφού είναι εκτεθειμένο από πάνω.
Τρίτον, το καλώδιο για την πρίζα δεν μαζεύεται μέσα όπως στις ηλεκτρικές σκούπες. Ενώ το παλιό μοντέλο τεφαλ το έκανε αυτό.
Τέταρτον, το πώμα για υην αφαιρεση των αλάτων δεν έχει το κατάλληλο μέγεθος για να βγαίνει εύκολα. Αναφέρομαι στο εξωτερικό πιάσιμο όταν το στρίβεις και προσπαθείς να το βγάλεις.
Γενικά, πιανει χωρο αφου το καλωδιο δεν μαζευεται. Αν μπορείτε να βρείτε παλιότερο μοντέλο αγοράστε το.
I highly recommend it. Heats up quickly, turns off by itself if left idle. Compared to the previous iron I had, it consumes less water.
Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα. Ζεσταίνει γρήγορα, αν μείνει σε αδράνεια κλείνει μόνο του. Σε σύγκριση με το προηγούμενο σίδερο που είχα, καταναλώνει λιγότερο νερό.
this specific device is a bad product! I bought it because I had an older model of the same brand from which I was satisfied since I had it for about 10 years without any problems! however, this one stopped producing steam after 8 months even though I was using deionized water without minerals and cleaning it often! unfortunately, I threw away 200 euros!

Simply fantastic!!! Nothing to do with the old juro-pro I had. It irons very quickly and doesn't burn the clothes. The switch turns off by itself after 8' for example when you are talking on the phone.
