Instructions for use
- Blow your nose if necessary.
- Wash your hands thoroughly before and after use.
- Remove the protective cap from the spray.
- If the spray has not been used for a long time, activate it by spraying once into the air before use.
- If the nozzle is clogged, clean it by placing it under warm running water and wipe it with a clean cloth.
- Tilt your head forward, leaning to one side, so that it is as horizontal as possible.
- Insert the nozzle into the upper nostril and spray for a short time (2 – 3 seconds).
- Then, tilt your head to the other side and repeat in the other nostril.
- Allow the product to work for a few seconds.
- Do not blow your nose during these seconds but wipe it if necessary.
- Then blow your nose if necessary.
- After each use, clean the nozzle by placing it under warm running water, wipe it with a clean cloth, and replace the protective cap.
- Clean the nozzle with warm water.
