We were looking for a dehumidifier for the bedroom and chose this one because it doesn't have a compressor. On the low fan setting, you can't hear anything at night. What really won us over, though, is that it blows warm air! It makes a huge difference in the room, as if you have a small heater working at the same time. Amazing little machine!

It lowers the humidity to the desired level very quickly, and stops operating until the humidity rises again. Excellent performance in apartments or spaces without heating.
It definitely consumes more electricity than a dehumidifier with a compressor, but its performance at low temperatures makes it essential.

the delivery arrived on time. it does what it says. many complain about the smell that the zeolite emits. but maybe that's when it works at full power. it absorbs a lot of moisture. we empty at least 2 buckets of 4 liters every 24 hours. the humidity reaches the desired levels

Quite satisfied with our purchase, we mainly got it for drying clothes so we wouldn't have to buy a dryer which we don't have space for. The container is sufficient, the construction is good, and the room where we place it not only dries the clothes but also warms it up (we don't have heating in the house and there is generally no humidity - apartment building in the center of Athens)

Excellent choice, large water tank. It does its job. Just like with all dehumidifiers, remember to change the filter in the back every year.

I am sharing my experience because I saw that it is one of the TOP products. I am truly angry and disappointed with the product and the company that produces it. From the first day, it started releasing small white particles and a strange smell, which I thought would stop once I researched and found out it was from the zeolite. After 10 days, it stopped releasing particles but the smell has not decreased at all. If I could describe the smell, it is like when you try to light a lighter multiple times and it doesn't ignite. The claim that it collects ten liters per day is a joke. I tested it in a closed space with a pool and a jacuzzi where I work, with 100% humidity, and on the 40%-high setting, it collected 6.5 liters in 24 hours. I contacted the company and I was shocked by their condescending attitude towards my problem. I am also a professional, and when my clients have an issue, I try to solve it with politeness and willingness.

After almost a month - not continuous use, but occasional, as I have it in my vacation home - I note the following: 1. It does a good job in dehumidifying and the space is much warmer automatically, without constant heating.
2. The water tank is sufficient, depending on the humidity of the space of course. Emptying every two days.
3. It is not silent, but at the low level, the little noise it makes is easily tolerable.
4. It emits relatively warm air, so it is very pleasant for winter conditions.
5. It seems to be of good quality construction. Time will tell.
6. I have no opinion on power consumption yet.

If you don't have very low temperatures at home, where only zeolite dehumidifiers perform correctly, it is better to buy one with a compressor as zeolite always smells, even if only a little, and it has much higher consumption.
If you have very low temperatures, it is the only way and the most efficient and economical in terms of electricity, as a compressor dehumidifier does not perform correctly at low temperatures. If you have above 18-20 degrees, prefer one with a compressor.
The smell of zeolite has decreased a lot after 2 weeks but it remains. It is not bothersome. I made a wrong purchase because I always have temperatures above 20 degrees at home.

I have had the same company's dehumidifier with the Qualis 20L Ion compressor for many years and I am very satisfied. In my new house, without central heating and with a temperature that drops to 13 degrees Celsius, it struggled, so I bought this dehumidifier with zeolite. It is very high quality, quiet, and effective in combating humidity. The first time I used it with an open window, but it didn't have any bad smell. The temperature in the room increases by 1-1.5 degrees Celsius imperceptibly. We will see in terms of consumption.

So far so good, I think it removes humidity more slowly compared to a dehumidifier with a compressor but it heats up the atmosphere so you win some, you lose some. In 2 days the difference in our house is noticeable (85 sq.m.) resulting in more efficient heating. The only negative I've seen so far is that it hasn't managed to work on auto. That is, to reach 55% humidity and shut off. It works non-stop.
Update: After about 25 days of use, the house has changed for the better and now it reaches the humidity level I want and shuts off. Good purchase.
Update 2025: It works normally just like the first day. I have it in a 25 sq.m. room to heat it and remove the humidity. I've noticed a difference in the room. In the house in general, I put another one with a compressor because 700w just for a dehumidifier I think is a lot. In the room it's perfect, it hardly uses any power because it quickly reaches the desired humidity and then stays off most of the time.

I bought it in November 2020 for my 80sqm house. It has reduced the humidity to desired levels and has helped me a lot with heating the house. I have seen significant savings! One of my best purchases!!

Very satisfied with this dehumidifier, especially when it was cold, it worked flawlessly and the charcoal filter did a great job cleaning the air inside the house.

I was looking for a dehumidifier with a drying material and a dehumidification capacity greater than 8 liters that everyone has, and I found this one. It has helped my house for the past 15 days since I have had it, with the terrible humidity I had. It is quiet, so I leave it on some nights to run.

I bought two in late November, one for the country house and one for home, and I have to say the following:
1. The smell of it in the first few days is really unbearable.
2. The noise is the same as the MEACO DD8L that I had and it broke down.
3. After the first few days, it continues to have a smell of electronic paste, like when you used to buy a new television.

In the end, I raised the issues with the store where I bought them and we agreed that they would replace them with new ones from a different brand.
