Several days now with the Kullhaus alpha Q20L and I really didn't expect such a difference. The previous one I had used to drive me crazy with the noise. This one operates so quietly that you forget it's on. It consumes very little power, works perfectly in 55 sq.m., and its appearance is clean and discreet. Very good purchase.

5/5 for its price. I have had it for 3+ years, it still works like new. It is not silent, but neither is it annoying.

It worked for two winters and I can say that it did its job! Suddenly it does not liquefy the moisture, nor does it remove it, meaning it presented a problem which I don't know if it's worth paying to repair because I live in the province and I have to send it to Athens! Compared to an older dehumidifier, it may have worked better, but the other one is still working and did not break down after a few months of use over two winters!

Excellent dehumidifier! Very low consumption and impressive performance for its category. It is silent and compact, does not take up space and really works effectively. The container takes a little getting used to at first, but compared to its advantages, it doesn't matter at all. One of the most value-for-money choices.

I use it in a 65 sqm area. Quality construction without noise. Easy operation, simple remote control, low power consumption. The HEPA filter needs frequent cleaning. The Kullhaus alpha Q20L dehumidifier is fully worth its money!

Two years of use

Pros: It does not consume much energy. It is not very noisy, it has two speeds, the low one is more "quiet" but it makes sense since it draws less air, so dehumidification takes longer. No plastic resonance due to the absence of moving parts (for example, it does not have air direction louvers or wheels).

Cons: Moving it is not easy as the user's age increases, due to the absence of wheels. Of course, this makes it sturdy. Relatively small water collection tank.

I use it all day and it turns off by itself when the humidity level is reached. I didn't see any difference in the electricity bill so it consumes very little as stated. In the winter I will do an update as it will be running for several more hours. So far everything is fine for a 25 sq.m. room and surrounding areas. I will also put it in the living room etc. from winter onwards.
Update December 2, 2025: It still works perfectly. I haven't seen any increase in the bill yet (if it's 5-6 euros I can't tell). Overall, it seems fair. The only really annoying thing is the tank, I definitely change it once a day, maybe even twice. All good!

Honest, in a 90sqm single-family house, 45+ 45 upstairs and downstairs of old construction, it does a very good job, 3-4 containers daily, the noise is not disturbing but you can't call it silent, it's like a PC is running, I am satisfied I will get a second one so I don't have to keep moving it up and down.

Although it is a recent purchase, we are excited, it is incredible how much water it pulls from the space, I couldn't believe my eyes, it also cleans the atmosphere and helps with the allergies we have.

Very good and economical although it does not cover the 80m² at all but half of it. It would be better if it had a fan function to dry the device from moisture

It is a sleek machine that really works. I have tried others and was disappointed. I bought a second one just like it! I have had the first one for 2 years and it works perfectly. It is quieter than all the others I have bought, regardless of what the specifications say in dB. It collects more water than all the others I have bought, even from the larger 16-liter ones. A minor flaw is that it doesn't have wheels, and that it has a relatively small tank, but I can't help but give it 5 stars!!

I have it in the bathroom and it works almost 24 hours a day when the humidity goes above 45. Excellent in all aspects, but after 2 years of use the little screen has gone bad and flickers, you have to guess what settings it has, probably the circuit doesn't have good waterproofing. It doesn't come into direct contact with water, it's high up, near the ceiling, it got damaged from the humidity.

Coming from the Delonghi DES16 which would wake the dead when it was running, this one is a gem! Incredibly quiet (only the fan can be heard and even that very softly even on the high setting), efficient, and gorgeous! That's it!

It is the second one I have purchased, the first one I have in the basement - workshop and this one I have in a large space (living room - dining room - kitchen) that communicates with the rest of the apartment. In a seaside town with high humidity levels. It is a quality product with many settings, it makes a little noise when operating at high scale. It lowers the humidity to desired levels.

The purchase was worth it, I am at home all day so I don't mind that it has a small bucket. The humidity level fills up almost every day, which says a lot about the machine itself. After setting the humidity to 50, it took a day or two to reach it at first, but now it operates continuously without any problems. It doesn't run for long periods of time, so it doesn't waste much electricity. Initially, I set it to 40, but it seemed to struggle to reach that level. However, at 45-50, it works perfectly fine.

I have had this dehumidifier for 2 years. It is very good at what it does (collects a lot of moisture), it doesn't make much noise, and it is relatively economical in terms of consumption. HOWEVER, I don't know if it happened to me or to others, but when there is too much humidity in the room, the dehumidifier leaks water at the bottom. In the first year (within the warranty period), I took it to the dealership in Nea Philadelphia and they barely touched it, saying that I needed to clean it frequently (for example, every week) with a vacuum cleaner on the grilles where the air passes through. They didn't admit that there was any problem with the device. One year later, we still have the same problem. Every time there is a lot of humidity, the device leaks water, even though we clean it twice a week!!! This negative review is mainly due to the behavior of the dealership, which didn't investigate the issue at all, cleaned it for 10 minutes, and blamed me for the problem...

After two years of suffering with the Juro Pro Diamond dehumidifier, which is unacceptable, I will explain why.
Noise at startup, as if some of its materials are loose.
Unacceptable water tank, which spills when removed because it is open.
Humidity meter deviation from the actual humidity by 8 to 10 degrees. You never know the actual humidity unless you have another meter. The response from the service was that it is normal.
It does not lower the humidity below 55, and this is difficult.
For all the above and many other reasons, I purchased the Kiihaus Alpha 20 lt Pro 15 days ago.
It lowers the humidity very quickly.
Accurate measurement.
Works smoothly without noise.
The WIFI is very helpful.
The only negative for me is the difficulty in removing the tank.

Recent acquisition, but I wouldn't say it has the performance that I read in the other comments. Especially in spaces that are not connected to the device (e.g. adjacent room) even if they are close, humidity is difficult to decrease...
A major drawback is the fact that it does not have a programmable timer (so that it can operate, for example, with night electricity).

I received today the dehumidifier. Important in the market with very good reviews. Sturdy construction without moving plastic parts. In a small space, in 1 hour, it reached the desired humidity level and every 1.30 hours it works for 10 minutes. I will come back when winter comes.

First time buying a dehumidifier. Overall very satisfied. I mainly use it to dry clothes in winter, even though it doesn't have a "drying function". Very easy to use. You adjust the desired humidity level and then you just need to empty the water occasionally (usually once a day, at most twice with a lot of clothes). The only downside is the container, which has a strange design and it's very easy for water to spill when you carry it to empty it.

The dehumidifier is very good so far, it does its job.....the clothes drying is amazing, I put it on at night and in the morning everything is dry!

After 20 years of using dehumidifiers from Mitsuko, Fagor, Olympia Splendid, Kullhaus is from another planet. A house on a completely sunless island with terrible humidity and mold has finally become livable.

So far, my impressions are very positive. It is a very simple machine, very economical, it removes humidity relatively quickly. I bought it at a very good price because it had a discount at that time, specifically 160 euros. The only drawback perhaps for some people who have a lot of humidity in their homes is that it has a small water tank (2.3 liters) and it will need frequent emptying. Its specifications are for spaces up to 80 square meters, but I use it in the bedroom (I have another one in the living room) and I am very satisfied because it maintains humidity at normal levels, resulting in less need for heating and saving money. In conclusion, it is definitely worth the money and overall, I think buying a dehumidifier is a very good investment.
