I have had these bands for 6 months now and I use them for shoulder rehabilitation exercises. So far, I have only used the two lighter bands and they haven't caused any issues.

The rubber bands are of excellent quality. Having the 5 different scales as it says, they are suitable for different exercises and levels of exercise. It did not come with the case that it said you carry them with you. Just be careful, the bands are not big, they are about 35 centimeters and when fully stretched they reach about 75. Therefore, they are good for home exercises but not for single or double exercises for more resistance.
Edit: Literally, after 1 hour of training with the small band, this crack appeared.

Μόνο προσοχή τα λάστιχα δεν είναι μεγάλα είναι περίπου 35 εκατοστά και όταν είναι σε πλήρη διαστολή φτάνουν περίπου τα 75. Συνεπώς κάνουν για ασκήσεις σπιτιού θα έλεγα όχι όμως για μονόζυγο δίζυγο για παραπάνω αντίσταση.
Edit : κυριολεκτικά μετά από 1 ώρα προπόνησης στο μικρό λάστιχο έγινε αυτή η ρωγμή..
