Anything that contains palm oil, stay away, as well as the fact that it has way too many sweeteners and maybe that's the reason why when you eat one of these you get bloated from the sugar. If you zoom in with your phone's camera (the letters are very small) on the ingredients, you will see other ingredients that will also be the reason you won't buy them again.
