I had bought a smaller one and it broke in four years, so I took it for repair and they told me that it's not worth fixing because it will cost almost as much as buying a new one. Unfortunately, I bought the same brand again (I'm such a fool), but a better model, thinking that since it's more expensive, it will have better quality. Well, three years passed and it's the same story. It doesn't dehumidify and it leaks water from underneath. I found the warranty to take it to the dealership, but reading the terms, I discovered the following that it says..."the warranty is valid only if the dehumidifier gets serviced every year at the dealership"!!!! So, what kind of service every year? Spark plugs and oil, for example? And I imagine that the service every year won't be under 50 euros. So in four years, 4x50=200 euros? I'll buy a new one!!! We've gone completely mad. R I D I C U L O U S.....
ΌΤΙ ΧΕΙΡΟΤΕΡΟ ΥΠΑΡΧΕΙ. Όχι μόνο αυτό το μοντέλο αλλά γενικά η μάρκα. Είχα πάρει έναν ποιό μικρό και στα τέσσερα χρόνια χάλασε και τον πήγα για επισκευή και μου είπαν οτι δεν συμφέρει να επισκευαστεί γιατί θα κοστίσει σχεδόν όσο το να αγοράσω καινούργιο. Δυστυχώς ξαναπήρα την ίδια μάρκα (καλός βλάκας εγώ) αλλά καλύτερο μοντέλο με το σκεπτικό οτι αφού είναι πιο ακριβός θα έχει και καλύτερη ποιότητα. Ε, πέρασαν τρία χρόνια και μια απο τα ίδια. Δεν κάνει αφύγρανση και τρέχει νερά απο κάτω. Βρήκα την εγγύηση για να τον πάω στην αντιπροσωπεία αλλά διαβάζοντας τους όρους ανακάλυψα το εξής που γράφει..."η εγγύηση ισχύει μόνο εαν ο αφυγραντήρας κάνει σέρβις κάθε χρόνο στην αντιπροσωπεία" !!!! Δηλαδή κάθε χρόνο τι είδους σέρβις. Μπουζί και λάδια ας πούμε ? Και κάθε χρόνο φαντάζομαι το σέρβις κάτω απο 50 ευρώ δεν θα είναι. Άρα στα τέσσερα χρόνια 4x50=200 ευρώ ? Παίρνω καινούργιο !!! Έχουμε τρελλαθεί εντελώς. Μ Α Κ Ρ Υ Α Α Α Α .....

I have had it for 2 years, it is very efficient for my 45sqm space. In terms of noise, I have measured 48db in the same room, while if I am in the bedroom and the air conditioner is in the living room, I have measured 38 and it doesn't bother me much during sleep.
The negatives are the connectivity and the lack of a remote control. I would recommend it
Τον έχω 2 χρόνια είναι πολύ αποδοτικος για το χωρο μου 45τμ, από θέμα θορύβου στον ίδιο χώρο έχω μετρήσεις 48db ενώ αν είμαι στο υπνοδωμάτιο και ο αφρυγαντυρας στο σαλόνι έχω μετρήσεις 38 και δεν με ενοχλεί ιδιαίτερα την ώρα του ύπνου.
Στα αρνητικά του είναι η συνδεσιμότητα και η έλλειψη τηλεχειριστηρίου

Although it seems to do its job well, I have issues with the ease of use of the buttons and the WiFi connectivity. If I lock it for child safety, I have to unlock it from the app if it connects... When I change sockets, I have to delete the device again and search for it inside the app - small devices - dehumidifier - it searches for the device for two minutes, finds it, and then I can control it remotely. It's not worth the hassle, I asked for a device with a remote control. I hope they change it, it's unfortunately not user-friendly. As for the noise, it makes a lot of noise and it can be heard in the adjacent room even with the door closed... In terms of performance, it effectively reduces humidity within a few hours. But the noise is too much again... However, the WiFi connection is a big problem. It's difficult to use without WiFi. Also, you don't know exactly what settings you have made from the panel. When I put it on purify mode, the dehumidifier stopped working, if I hadn't seen it in the app, I would have thought it was still dehumidifying, which it wasn't. I also read in another comment that it's a problem with this specific device that the connectivity is permanently lost when changing sockets. Now I think it's the construction of it. I'm not sure if it's worth the money for all this trouble at 279 euros.

Όταν αλλάζω πρίζα πρέπει να διαγράψω ξανά την συσκευή να ξαναψαξω μέσα στην εφαρμογή -μικροσυσκευες - αφυγραντήρας - κάνει αναζήτηση της συσκευής σε δύο λεπτά την βρίσκει και έπειτα έχω τη δυνατότητα να την χειριστώ από μακριά. Δεν αξίζει τόση ταλαιπωρία, ζήτησα συσκευή με τηλεχειριστήριο. Ελπίζω να την αλλάξουν, είναι δύσχρηστο έτσι δυστυχώς. Όσο για τον θόρυβο, κάνει πολύ θόρυβο και με κλειστή την πόρτα ακούγεται στο διπλανό δωμάτιο... Σαν απόδοση ρίχνει ικανοποιητικά την υγρασία μέσα σε κάποιες ώρες. Αλλά πολύς ο θόρυβος ξανά... Πάντως μεγάλο πρόβλημα η σύνδεση μέσω WiFi. Χωρίς WiFi είναι δύσκολη η χρήση του. Επίσης δεν ξέρεις τι ακριβώς έχεις ρυθμίσει από το πάνελ. Όταν έβαλα purify σταμάτησε να λειτουργεί ο αφυγραντήρας, αν δεν το έβλεπα στην εφαρμογή θα πίστευα ότι έκανε κ αφυγρανση, πράγμα που δν το έκανε. Διάβασα κ σε άλλο σχόλιο ότι είναι πρόβλημα και καλά της συγκεκριμένης συσκευής όταν αλλάζεις πρίζα να χάνεται για πάντα η συνδεσιμότητα του με την εφαρμογή. Πλέον νομίζω ότι είναι η κατασκευή του τέτοια. Δεν είμαι σίγουρη αν αξίζει τα λεφτά του για τόση ταλαιπωρία στα 279 ευρώ.

The humidity in the room is where it should be.
The wifi works perfectly, no disconnections or anything. Of course, it hasn't asked me to enter the network name in writing. I laughed at that!
Overall, the app is understandable and easy to use.
The noise was expected, I didn't expect it to be completely silent. There is no difference whether it's on the lowest setting or the highest, the device can be heard. I don't believe there is such a machine that can't be heard!
I'm focusing on the low power consumption compared to the competition.
The hepa filter will come in handy during winter when the doors and windows are closed, I have sealed it.
I see that it has been sold at a lower price than the 260€ I paid, so I would easily recommend it for purchase at 220-230€, considering the logical power consumption compared to others.
4 stars because it could have included a remote control for operating it from a distance.
I read some negative comments below regarding certain functions, humidity indicator, compressor shutdown, screen turning off...!!

Η υγρασία στον χώρο ειναι εκει που πρεπει.
Το wifi δουλεύει μια χαρα, ούτε αποσυνδέσεις ούτε τιποτα. Βεβαια δεν μου εχει ξαναζητήσει app να δώσω εγω γραπτώς το όνομα του δυκτιου. Με αυτο γέλασα !
Γενικά το app ειναι κατανοητό κ ευκολοδουλευτο.
Ο θόρυβος ηταν κατι αναμενόμενο, δεν σκόπευα να κοιμηθώ αγκαλίτσα του οπως κ να χει. Δεν υπάρχει διαφορά είτε στην πρωτη σκάλα είτε στο μαξ το εργαλείο ακούγετε. Δεν πιστεύω πως υπάρχει τέτοιου τύπου μηχάνημα που να μην ακούγετε !!
Προσοχή δεν λεω πως κανει κανενα τρελό σαματά ! Απλα ακούγετε !
Στέκομαι στην χαμηλή ονομαστική κατανάλωση ρεύματος σε σχέση με τον ανταγωνισμό.
Το hepa θα παιξει τον χειμώνα που θα κλείσουν οι πόρτες κ τα παράθυρα, το εχω αφησει σφραγισμένο.
Βλεπω πως εχει παιξει κ σε χαμηλότερη τιμή απο τα 260€ που έδωσα, οποτε θα το πρότεινα για αγορά άνετα στα 220-230€ και με γνώμονα παντα την λογική κατανάλωση ρεύματος σε σχέση με κάποια αλλα.
4 αστέρια γιατι θα μπορούσε να δίνει κ ενα χειριστήριο για να μπορεις να το χειριστείς απο απόσταση.
Διαβάζω πιο κατω κάποια αρνητικά σχόλια σε σχέση με κάποιες λειτουργίες , ένδειξη υγρασίας, κόψιμο του κομπρεσορα,σβήσιμο οθόνης…..!!

From the beginning that I bought the dehumidifier, while it connects properly to WiFi, as soon as you unplug it and plug it back in (for example, if you want to move it to another room) it loses the connection and you have to go through the process again on the mobile where you connect it to WiFi.
I spoke with Juro Pro and they told me that it is defective, and that I should take it to authorized repair centers.
So I took it, waited TWO weeks (!), and still the same. They changed 2 boards, but the problem remains...
Apart from that, regarding the noise: OK, it is reasonable that while the compressor is working it makes noise like an external air conditioning unit. But here there is something else: the fan speed levels are quite noisy. Even if you put it in ionization mode (so it doesn't dehumidify) and in "low" mode, it still makes quite annoying noise. NO comparison with the indoor unit of an air conditioner.
Other than that, it is good. The container seems fine to me, and it definitely does the job.
Update: So I took it for service a second time, and they tell me that they changed whatever other board there was and that they tested it and the WiFi works correctly. But still the same...
Από την αρχή που αγόρασα τον αφυγραντήρα, ενώ συνδέεται κανονικά στο WiFi, μόλις τον βγάλεις από την πρίζα και τον ξανασυνδέσεις (αν π.χ. θέλεις να τον μεταφέρεις σε άλλο δωμάτιο) χάνει τη σύνδεση και πρέπει να κάνεις από την αρχή τη διαδικασία στο κινητό όπου τον βάζεις στο WiFi.
Μίλησα με τη Juro Pro και μου είπαν πως είναι ελαττωματικός, και να τον πάω στα εξουσιοδοτημένα κέντρα επισκευής.
Τον πήγα λοιπόν, περίμενα ΔΥΟ βδομάδες (!), και πάλι τα ίδια. Άλλαξαν 2 πλακέτες, αλλά το πρόβλημα παραμένει...
Πέρα από αυτό, σχετικά με το θόρυβο: ΟΚ, είναι λογικό όσο δουλεύει ο συμπιεστής να κάνει σαν εξωτερική μονάδα κλιματιστικού. Αλλά εδώ υπάρχει και κάτι άλλο: τα επίπεδα έντασης του ανεμιστήρα είναι αρκετά θορυβώδη. Ακόμα και στην λειτουργία ιονισμού να τον βάλεις (οπότε δεν κάνει αφύγρανση) και στο "low", πάλι κάνει αρκετά ενοχλητικό θόρυβο. ΚΑΜΙΑ σχέση με την εσωτερική μονάδα ενός κλιματιστικού.
Κατά τα άλλα είναι καλός. Το δοχείο του μου φαίνεται εντάξει, και σίγουρα κάνει δουλειά.
Ενημέρωση: Τον πήγα και 2η φορά λοιπόν για service, και μου λένε ότι άλλαξαν και ό,τι άλλη πλακέτα υπήρχε και ότι τον δοκίμασαν και δουλεύει σωστά το wi-fi. Και πάλι τα ίδια όμως...
Powerful machine and does what it promises. No comparison to Inventor and Morris dehumidifiers that simply launch a name and are not what they promise, without wanting to defame in any way. It is the only one with real H13 type HEPA filters, activated carbon, dust, and ionizer. The others provide filters that cover part of the air intake and therefore only provide a nominal air filtration.
The WiFi function has some difficulty in use but it is not a reason not to choose it. The 'noise' is not noise but an imperceptible humming sound of a low-functioning extractor. Those who dream of silent dehumidifiers should contact NASA. For the €249 it was purchased, it is value for money with durable and not fake plastics.
Δυνατό μηχάνημα και κάνει αυτό που υπόσχεται. Καμία σχέση με αφυγραντήρες Inventor και Morris που απλά λανσάρουν όνομα και δεν είναι αυτό που υπόσχονται, χωρίς να θέλω σε καμία περίπτωση να κάνω δυσφήμιση. Είναι ο μόνος με πραγματικά φίλτρα HEPA ανώτερου τύπου H13, ενεργού άνθρακα, σκόνης και ιονιστή. Οι υπόλοιποι παρέχουν φίλτρα που καλύπτουν μέρος της εισόδου του αέρα και άρα μόνο κατ' ευφημισμόν ολικό φιλτράρισμα του αέρα.
Η λειτουργία WiFi έχει κάποια δυσκολία στη χρήση αλλά δεν είναι λόγος για να μη τον επιλέξετε. Ο 'θόρυβος' δεν είναι θόρυβος αλλά ένας ανεπαίσθητος συρτός ήχος ενός απορροφητήρα σε χαμηλή λειτουργία. Όσοι ονειρεύονται αθόρυβους αφυγραντήρες, ας απευθυνθούν στη NASA. Για τα 249 €
που αγοράστηκε, είναι VFM με ανθεκτικά και όχι ψεύτικα πλαστικά.
It's terrible! We bought it in October... we were going for another one but the saleswoman convinced us that it's new and better. The house is 83 square meters, okay it reduces humidity but the noise it makes drives you crazy!! I think the tank is small and the wifi connection is a disaster! Sometimes it connects, sometimes it doesn't... Such a waste of money!

Το σπίτι είναι 83τμ οκ κατεβάζει την υγρασία αλλά ο θόρυβος που κάνει σου σπάει τα νεύρα!! Το δοχείο θεωρώ ότι είναι μικρό και η σύνδεση με το wifi είναι για κλάματα! Την μια συνδέεται την άλλη οχι... Τσάμπα τόσα χρήματα!

For example, I set it to 55% humidity and it shows 52% and continues to work, or at 57% it stops instead of functioning. I believe this is an isolated issue because no one else has mentioned it, and I have a tendency to buy defective products in general. I spoke with the dealership, which was very helpful and informative (after sales 5/5), and they informed me that the function of the humidifier is to measure the humidity trend, not just the percentage. So, if you have set it to 55%, it may reach 52% and still continue to work, "reading" that the humidity will rise again and therefore lowering it to safe levels. Indeed, the issue I had noticed in the first few days is fully justified by this explanation.
Now I have it permanently on and there is indeed a noticeable difference in the atmosphere of the child's room. That is why I changed my rating. One less star for the small bin, which is within the range of others on the market, and for the noise, which is also tolerable. The child sleeps comfortably these days. Highly recommended without reservation.
Τον λειτουργώ 10 μέρες τώρα και εκτός aπό το γεγονός ότι δεν συνδέθηκε ποτέ στο ίντερνετ, δεν ρυθμίζει σωστά τα ποσοστά της υγρασίας. Δηλ, βάζω υγρασία 55% και μου δείχνει 52% και συνεχίζει και δουλεύει ή στα 57% σταματάει αντί να λειτουργεί. Πιστεύω πως είναι μεμονωμένο το θέμα γιατί κανείς άλλος δεν το έχει αναφέρει και έχω μια τάση να αγοράζω τα ελλαττωματικά γενικά, Θα το πάω πίσω και αν πάρω το ίδιο θα επανέλθω με update..

Μίλησα με την αντιπροσωπεία η οποία ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετική και αναλυτική (after sales 5/5) και με ενημέρωσαν πως η λειτουργία των αφυ/ρων είναι να μετράνε την τάση της υγρασίας και όχι μόνο το ποσοστό της. Δηλαδή, αν έχεις ορίσει 55% μπορεί να το φτάσει 52% και ακόμα να δουλεύει 'διαβάζοντας' πως η υγρασία θα ξανανέβει και άρα την κατεβάζει σε ασφαλή ποσοστά. Όντως το θέμα που είχα εντοπίσει στις πρώτες μέρες δικαιολογείται πλήρως από αυτή την εξήγηση.
Τώρα τον έχω μόνιμα ανοιχτό και όντως υπάρχει διαφορά στην ατμόσφαιρα του παιδικού δωματίου εμφανή. Γιαυτό και άλλαξα την βαθμολογία. Ένα αστεράκι λιγότερο για τον μικρό κάδο ο οποίος είναι στα πλαίσια και των άλλων στην αγορά, και για το θόρυβο που κι'αυτός όμως είναι ανεκτός. Το παιδί κοιμάται άνετα δηλαδή αυτές τις μέρες. Προτείνεται χωρίς επιφύλαξη ..

We got it for the whole house, I put it in the living room and from 80% humidity that it showed when I put it, it dropped to 50% in an afternoon, from there I moved it to the rooms and it immediately reduced the humidity. Βρήκα την εγγύηση για να τον πάω στην αντιπροσωπεία αλλά διαβάζοντας τους όρους ανακάλυψα το εξής που γράφει..."η εγγύηση ισχύει μόνο εαν ο αφυγραντήρας κάνει σέρβις κάθε χρόνο στην αντιπροσωπεία" !!!! Δηλαδή κάθε χρόνο τι είδους σέρβις. Μπουζί και λάδια ας πούμε ? Και κάθε χρόνο φαντάζομαι το σέρβις κάτω απο 50 ευρώ δεν θα είναι. Άρα στα τέσσερα χρόνια 4x50=200 ευρώ ? Παίρνω καινούργιο !!! Έχουμε τρελλαθεί εντελώς. Μ Α Κ Ρ Υ Α Α Α Α .....

I have had it for 2 years, it is very efficient for my 45sqm space. In terms of noise, I have measured 48db in the same room, while if I am in the bedroom and the air conditioner is in the living room, I have measured 38 and it doesn't bother me much during sleep.
The negatives are the connectivity and the lack of a remote control. I would recommend it

But the noise is too much again... However, the WiFi connection is a big problem. It's difficult to use without WiFi. Also, you don't know exactly what settings you have made from the panel. When I put it on purify mode, the dehumidifier stopped working, if I hadn't seen it in the app, I would have thought it was still dehumidifying, which it wasn't. I also read in another comment that it's a problem with this specific device that the connectivity is permanently lost when changing sockets. Now I think it's the construction of it. Όταν αλλάζω πρίζα πρέπει να διαγράψω ξανά την συσκευή να ξαναψαξω μέσα στην εφαρμογή -μικροσυσκευες - αφυγραντήρας - κάνει αναζήτηση της συσκευής σε δύο λεπτά την βρίσκει και έπειτα έχω τη δυνατότητα να την χειριστώ από μακριά. Δεν αξίζει τόση ταλαιπωρία, ζήτησα συσκευή με τηλεχειριστήριο. Ελπίζω να την αλλάξουν, είναι δύσχρηστο έτσι δυστυχώς. Όσο για τον θόρυβο, κάνει πολύ θόρυβο και με κλειστή την πόρτα ακούγεται στο διπλανό δωμάτιο... Σαν απόδοση ρίχνει ικανοποιητικά την υγρασία μέσα σε κάποιες ώρες. Αλλά πολύς ο θόρυβος ξανά... Διάβασα κ σε άλλο σχόλιο ότι είναι πρόβλημα και καλά της συγκεκριμένης συσκευής όταν αλλάζεις πρίζα να χάνεται για πάντα η συνδεσιμότητα του με την εφαρμογή. THE WORST THING THAT EXISTS. Not only this model but the brand in general. I had bought a smaller one and it broke in four years, so I took it for repair and they told me that it's not worth fixing because it will cost almost as much as buying a new one. So, what kind of service every year? Spark plugs and oil, for example? And I imagine that the service every year won't be under 50 euros. So in four years, 4x50=200 euros? I'll buy a new one!!! ΌΤΙ ΧΕΙΡΟΤΕΡΟ ΥΠΑΡΧΕΙ. Όχι μόνο αυτό το μοντέλο αλλά γενικά η μάρκα. Είχα πάρει έναν ποιό μικρό και στα τέσσερα χρόνια χάλασε και τον πήγα για επισκευή και μου είπαν οτι δεν συμφέρει να επισκευαστεί γιατί θα κοστίσει σχεδόν όσο το να αγοράσω καινούργιο. Δεν κάνει αφύγρανση και τρέχει νερά απο κάτω. The humidity in the room is where it should be.
The wifi works perfectly, no disconnections or anything. Of course, it hasn't asked me to enter the network name in writing. I laughed at that!
Overall, the app is understandable and easy to use.
The noise was expected, I didn't expect it to be completely silent. There is no difference whether it's on the lowest setting or the highest, the device can be heard. I don't believe there is such a machine that can't be heard!
I'm focusing on the low power consumption compared to the competition.
The hepa filter will come in handy during winter when the doors and windows are closed, I have sealed it.
I see that it has been sold at a lower price than the 260€ I paid, so I would easily recommend it for purchase at 220-230€, considering the logical power consumption compared to others.
4 stars because it could have included a remote control for operating it from a distance.
I read some negative comments below regarding certain functions, humidity indicator, compressor shutdown, screen turning off...!!

Η υγρασία στον χώρο ειναι εκει που πρεπει.
Το wifi δουλεύει μια χαρα, ούτε αποσυνδέσεις ούτε τιποτα. Βεβαια δεν μου εχει ξαναζητήσει app να δώσω εγω γραπτώς το όνομα του δυκτιου. Με αυτο γέλασα !
Γενικά το app ειναι κατανοητό κ ευκολοδουλευτο.
Ο θόρυβος ηταν κατι αναμενόμενο, δεν σκόπευα να κοιμηθώ αγκαλίτσα του οπως κ να χει. Δεν υπάρχει διαφορά είτε στην πρωτη σκάλα είτε στο μαξ το εργαλείο ακούγετε. Δεν πιστεύω πως υπάρχει τέτοιου τύπου μηχάνημα που να μην ακούγετε !!
Προσοχή δεν λεω πως κανει κανενα τρελό σαματά ! Απλα ακούγετε !
Στέκομαι στην χαμηλή ονομαστική κατανάλωση ρεύματος σε σχέση με τον ανταγωνισμό.
Το hepa θα παιξει τον χειμώνα που θα κλείσουν οι πόρτες κ τα παράθυρα, το εχω αφησει σφραγισμένο.
Βλεπω πως εχει παιξει κ σε χαμηλότερη τιμή απο τα 260€ που έδωσα, οποτε θα το πρότεινα για αγορά άνετα στα 220-230€ και με γνώμονα παντα την λογική κατανάλωση ρεύματος σε σχέση με κάποια αλλα.
4 αστέρια γιατι θα μπορούσε να δίνει κ ενα χειριστήριο για να μπορεις να το χειριστείς απο απόσταση.
Διαβάζω πιο κατω κάποια αρνητικά σχόλια σε σχέση με κάποιες λειτουργίες , ένδειξη υγρασίας, κόψιμο του κομπρεσορα,σβήσιμο οθόνης…..!!

From the beginning that I bought the dehumidifier, while it connects properly to WiFi, as soon as you unplug it and plug it back in (for example, if you want to move it to another room) it loses the connection and you have to go through the process again on the mobile where you connect it to WiFi.
I spoke with Juro Pro and they told me that it is defective, and that I should take it to authorized repair centers.
So I took it, waited TWO weeks (!), and still the same. They changed 2 boards, but the problem remains...
Apart from that, regarding the noise: OK, it is reasonable that while the compressor is working it makes noise like an external air conditioning unit. But here there is something else: the fan speed levels are quite noisy. Even if you put it in ionization mode (so it doesn't dehumidify) and in "low" mode, it still makes quite annoying noise. NO comparison with the indoor unit of an air conditioner.
Other than that, it is good. The container seems fine to me, and it definitely does the job.
Update: So I took it for service a second time, and they tell me that they changed whatever other board there was and that they tested it and the WiFi works correctly. But still the same...
Από την αρχή που αγόρασα τον αφυγραντήρα, ενώ συνδέεται κανονικά στο WiFi, μόλις τον βγάλεις από την πρίζα και τον ξανασυνδέσεις (αν π.χ. θέλεις να τον μεταφέρεις σε άλλο δωμάτιο) χάνει τη σύνδεση και πρέπει να κάνεις από την αρχή τη διαδικασία στο κινητό όπου τον βάζεις στο WiFi.
Μίλησα με τη Juro Pro και μου είπαν πως είναι ελαττωματικός, και να τον πάω στα εξουσιοδοτημένα κέντρα επισκευής.
Τον πήγα λοιπόν, περίμενα ΔΥΟ βδομάδες (!), και πάλι τα ίδια. Άλλαξαν 2 πλακέτες, αλλά το πρόβλημα παραμένει...
Πέρα από αυτό, σχετικά με το θόρυβο: ΟΚ, είναι λογικό όσο δουλεύει ο συμπιεστής να κάνει σαν εξωτερική μονάδα κλιματιστικού. Αλλά εδώ υπάρχει και κάτι άλλο: τα επίπεδα έντασης του ανεμιστήρα είναι αρκετά θορυβώδη. Ακόμα και στην λειτουργία ιονισμού να τον βάλεις (οπότε δεν κάνει αφύγρανση) και στο "low", πάλι κάνει αρκετά ενοχλητικό θόρυβο. ΚΑΜΙΑ σχέση με την εσωτερική μονάδα ενός κλιματιστικού.
Κατά τα άλλα είναι καλός. Το δοχείο του μου φαίνεται εντάξει, και σίγουρα κάνει δουλειά.
Ενημέρωση: Τον πήγα και 2η φορά λοιπόν για service, και μου λένε ότι άλλαξαν και ό,τι άλλη πλακέτα υπήρχε και ότι τον δοκίμασαν και δουλεύει σωστά το wi-fi. Και πάλι τα ίδια όμως...
Powerful machine and does what it promises. No comparison to Inventor and Morris dehumidifiers that simply launch a name and are not what they promise, without wanting to defame in any way. It is the only one with real H13 type HEPA filters, activated carbon, dust, and ionizer. The others provide filters that cover part of the air intake and therefore only provide a nominal air filtration.
The WiFi function has some difficulty in use but it is not a reason not to choose it. The 'noise' is not noise but an imperceptible humming sound of a low-functioning extractor. Those who dream of silent dehumidifiers should contact NASA. For the €249 it was purchased, it is value for money with durable and not fake plastics.
Δυνατό μηχάνημα και κάνει αυτό που υπόσχεται. Καμία σχέση με αφυγραντήρες Inventor και Morris που απλά λανσάρουν όνομα και δεν είναι αυτό που υπόσχονται, χωρίς να θέλω σε καμία περίπτωση να κάνω δυσφήμιση. Είναι ο μόνος με πραγματικά φίλτρα HEPA ανώτερου τύπου H13, ενεργού άνθρακα, σκόνης και ιονιστή. Οι υπόλοιποι παρέχουν φίλτρα που καλύπτουν μέρος της εισόδου του αέρα και άρα μόνο κατ' ευφημισμόν ολικό φιλτράρισμα του αέρα.
Η λειτουργία WiFi έχει κάποια δυσκολία στη χρήση αλλά δεν είναι λόγος για να μη τον επιλέξετε. Ο 'θόρυβος' δεν είναι θόρυβος αλλά ένας ανεπαίσθητος συρτός ήχος ενός απορροφητήρα σε χαμηλή λειτουργία. Όσοι ονειρεύονται αθόρυβους αφυγραντήρες, ας απευθυνθούν στη NASA. Για τα 249 €
που αγοράστηκε, είναι VFM με ανθεκτικά και όχι ψεύτικα πλαστικά.
It's terrible! We bought it in October... we were going for another one but the saleswoman convinced us that it's new and better. The house is 83 square meters, okay it reduces humidity but the noise it makes drives you crazy!! I think the tank is small and the wifi connection is a disaster! Sometimes it connects, sometimes it doesn't... Such a waste of money!
Είναι χάλια! Τον πήραμε τον Οκτώβριο...για άλλον πηγαίναμε αλλά μας έπεισε η πωλήτρια ότι είναι καινούργιος κ καλύτερος. Το σπίτι είναι 83τμ οκ κατεβάζει την υγρασία αλλά ο θόρυβος που κάνει σου σπάει τα νεύρα!! Το δοχείο θεωρώ ότι είναι μικρό και η σύνδεση με το wifi είναι για κλάματα! Την μια συνδέεται την άλλη οχι... Τσάμπα τόσα χρήματα!

For example, I set it to 55% humidity and it shows 52% and continues to work, or at 57% it stops instead of functioning. I spoke with the dealership, which was very helpful and informative (after sales 5/5), and they informed me that the function of the humidifier is to measure the humidity trend, not just the percentage. So, if you have set it to 55%, it may reach 52% and still continue to work, "reading" that the humidity will rise again and therefore lowering it to safe levels. Indeed, the issue I had noticed in the first few days is fully justified by this explanation.
Now I have it permanently on and there is indeed a noticeable difference in the atmosphere of the child's room. That is why I changed my rating. One less star for the small bin, which is within the range of others on the market, and for the noise, which is also tolerable. The child sleeps comfortably these days. Highly recommended without reservation.
Τον λειτουργώ 10 μέρες τώρα και εκτός aπό το γεγονός ότι δεν συνδέθηκε ποτέ στο ίντερνετ, δεν ρυθμίζει σωστά τα ποσοστά της υγρασίας. Δηλ, βάζω υγρασία 55% και μου δείχνει 52% και συνεχίζει και δουλεύει ή στα 57% σταματάει αντί να λειτουργεί. Πιστεύω πως είναι μεμονωμένο το θέμα γιατί κανείς άλλος δεν το έχει αναφέρει και έχω μια τάση να αγοράζω τα ελλαττωματικά γενικά, Θα το πάω πίσω και αν πάρω το ίδιο θα επανέλθω με update..

Μίλησα με την αντιπροσωπεία η οποία ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετική και αναλυτική (after sales 5/5) και με ενημέρωσαν πως η λειτουργία των αφυ/ρων είναι να μετράνε την τάση της υγρασίας και όχι μόνο το ποσοστό της. Δηλαδή, αν έχεις ορίσει 55% μπορεί να το φτάσει 52% και ακόμα να δουλεύει 'διαβάζοντας' πως η υγρασία θα ξανανέβει και άρα την κατεβάζει σε ασφαλή ποσοστά. Όντως το θέμα που είχα εντοπίσει στις πρώτες μέρες δικαιολογείται πλήρως από αυτή την εξήγηση.
Τώρα τον έχω μόνιμα ανοιχτό και όντως υπάρχει διαφορά στην ατμόσφαιρα του παιδικού δωματίου εμφανή. Γιαυτό και άλλαξα την βαθμολογία. Ένα αστεράκι λιγότερο για τον μικρό κάδο ο οποίος είναι στα πλαίσια και των άλλων στην αγορά, και για το θόρυβο που κι'αυτός όμως είναι ανεκτός. Το παιδί κοιμάται άνετα δηλαδή αυτές τις μέρες. Προτείνεται χωρίς επιφύλαξη ..

As a dehumidifier it does its job well, it hasn't given me any problems, I would say I am satisfied.
Αγόρασα το προηγούμενο μοντέλο το 2021 χωρίς wi fi , τον λειτουργώ στη χαμηλή ταχύτητα διότι κάνει θόρυβο.
Σαν αφυγραντηρας κάνει καλά τη δουλειά του, δεν μου έχει παρουσιάσει κάτι θα έλεγα πως είμαι ευχαριστημένος.

Μικρό δοχείο νερού, έπρεπε να είχε μεγαλύτερο. Όσο για τον θόρυβο σε 1 μέτρο απόσταση στην χαμηλή ταχύτητα 64-65 db στην μεγάλη ταχ έδειχνε 67db.Το φίλτρο για εμένα πρέπει να αλλάζετε.
We got it for the whole house, I put it in the living room and from 80% humidity that it showed when I put it, it dropped to 50% in an afternoon, from there I moved it to the rooms and it immediately reduced the humidity. τον πηραμε για ολοκληρο το σπιτι, τον εβαλα στο σαλονι και απο 80% υγρασια που εδειχνε οταν τον εβαλα επεσε στο 50% μεσα σε ενα απογευμα, απο εκει και περα το μετεφερα στα δωματια και εριξε την υγρασια κατευθειαν. τωρα τον εχω στο σαλονι μονιμα και οταν ανεβαινει η υγρασια ανοιγει και κλεινει μονος του. εχω μεινει υπερευχαριστημενη η καλυτερη αγορα που εχω κανει ποτε. Τωρα για το θορυβο ειναι σαν εχεις το κλιματιστικο στην πολυ χαμηλη κλιμακα δεν ακουγεται καθολου, ουτε το καταλαβαινεις οτι δουλευει

THE WORST THING THAT EXISTS. Not only this model but the brand in general. I had bought a smaller one and it broke in four years, so I took it for repair and they told me that it's not worth fixing because it will cost almost as much as buying a new one. Unfortunately, I bought the same brand again (I'm such a fool), but a better model, thinking that since it's more expensive, it will have better quality. Well, three years passed and it's the same story. It doesn't dehumidify and it leaks water from underneath. I found the warranty to take it to the dealership, but reading the terms, I discovered the following that it says..."the warranty is valid only if the dehumidifier gets serviced every year at the dealership"!!!! So, what kind of service every year? Spark plugs and oil, for example? And I imagine that the service every year won't be under 50 euros. So in four years, 4x50=200 euros? I'll buy a new one!!! We've gone completely mad. R I D I C U L O U S.....
ΌΤΙ ΧΕΙΡΟΤΕΡΟ ΥΠΑΡΧΕΙ. Όχι μόνο αυτό το μοντέλο αλλά γενικά η μάρκα. Είχα πάρει έναν ποιό μικρό και στα τέσσερα χρόνια χάλασε και τον πήγα για επισκευή και μου είπαν οτι δεν συμφέρει να επισκευαστεί γιατί θα κοστίσει σχεδόν όσο το να αγοράσω καινούργιο. Δυστυχώς ξαναπήρα την ίδια μάρκα (καλός βλάκας εγώ) αλλά καλύτερο μοντέλο με το σκεπτικό οτι αφού είναι πιο ακριβός θα έχει και καλύτερη ποιότητα. Ε, πέρασαν τρία χρόνια και μια απο τα ίδια. Δεν κάνει αφύγρανση και τρέχει νερά απο κάτω. Βρήκα την εγγύηση για να τον πάω στην αντιπροσωπεία αλλά διαβάζοντας τους όρους ανακάλυψα το εξής που γράφει..."η εγγύηση ισχύει μόνο εαν ο αφυγραντήρας κάνει σέρβις κάθε χρόνο στην αντιπροσωπεία" !!!! Δηλαδή κάθε χρόνο τι είδους σέρβις. Μπουζί και λάδια ας πούμε ? Και κάθε χρόνο φαντάζομαι το σέρβις κάτω απο 50 ευρώ δεν θα είναι. Άρα στα τέσσερα χρόνια 4x50=200 ευρώ ? Παίρνω καινούργιο !!! Έχουμε τρελλαθεί εντελώς. Μ Α Κ Ρ Υ Α Α Α Α .....

Κατεβαζει την υγρασια στο χωρο, το φιλτρο HEPA 13 οντως πρεπει να ειναι απο τα καλυτερα της αγορας αλλα πραγματικα ο θορυβος δε παλευεται.
I have had it for 2 years, it is very efficient for my 45sqm space. In terms of noise, I have measured 48db in the same room, while if I am in the bedroom and the air conditioner is in the living room, I have measured 38 and it doesn't bother me much during sleep.
The negatives are the connectivity and the lack of a remote control. I would recommend it
Τον έχω 2 χρόνια είναι πολύ αποδοτικος για το χωρο μου 45τμ, από θέμα θορύβου στον ίδιο χώρο έχω μετρήσεις 48db ενώ αν είμαι στο υπνοδωμάτιο και ο αφρυγαντυρας στο σαλόνι έχω μετρήσεις 38 και δεν με ενοχλεί ιδιαίτερα την ώρα του ύπνου.
Στα αρνητικά του είναι η συνδεσιμότητα και η έλλειψη τηλεχειριστηρίου
θα τον συνιστούσα
Although it seems to do its job well, I have issues with the ease of use of the buttons and the WiFi connectivity. If I lock it for child safety, I have to unlock it from the app if it connects... When I change sockets, I have to delete the device again and search for it inside the app - small devices - dehumidifier - it searches for the device for two minutes, finds it, and then I can control it remotely. It's not worth the hassle, I asked for a device with a remote control. I hope they change it, it's unfortunately not user-friendly. As for the noise, it makes a lot of noise and it can be heard in the adjacent room even with the door closed... In terms of performance, it effectively reduces humidity within a few hours. But the noise is too much again... However, the WiFi connection is a big problem. It's difficult to use without WiFi. Also, you don't know exactly what settings you have made from the panel. When I put it on purify mode, the dehumidifier stopped working, if I hadn't seen it in the app, I would have thought it was still dehumidifying, which it wasn't. I also read in another comment that it's a problem with this specific device that the connectivity is permanently lost when changing sockets. Now I think it's the construction of it. I'm not sure if it's worth the money for all this trouble at 279 euros.
Αν και δείχνει ότι κάνει καλά τη δουλειά του, έχω θέμα με την ευκολία των πλήκτρων και με τη συνδεσιμότητα του WiFi, αν βάλω το κλείδωμα για το παιδί θα πρέπει να το ξεκλειδώσω από την εφαρμογή, αν συνδεθεί... Όταν αλλάζω πρίζα πρέπει να διαγράψω ξανά την συσκευή να ξαναψαξω μέσα στην εφαρμογή -μικροσυσκευες - αφυγραντήρας - κάνει αναζήτηση της συσκευής σε δύο λεπτά την βρίσκει και έπειτα έχω τη δυνατότητα να την χειριστώ από μακριά. Δεν αξίζει τόση ταλαιπωρία, ζήτησα συσκευή με τηλεχειριστήριο. Ελπίζω να την αλλάξουν, είναι δύσχρηστο έτσι δυστυχώς. Όσο για τον θόρυβο, κάνει πολύ θόρυβο και με κλειστή την πόρτα ακούγεται στο διπλανό δωμάτιο... Σαν απόδοση ρίχνει ικανοποιητικά την υγρασία μέσα σε κάποιες ώρες. Αλλά πολύς ο θόρυβος ξανά... Πάντως μεγάλο πρόβλημα η σύνδεση μέσω WiFi. Χωρίς WiFi είναι δύσκολη η χρήση του. Επίσης δεν ξέρεις τι ακριβώς έχεις ρυθμίσει από το πάνελ. Όταν έβαλα purify σταμάτησε να λειτουργεί ο αφυγραντήρας, αν δεν το έβλεπα στην εφαρμογή θα πίστευα ότι έκανε κ αφυγρανση, πράγμα που δν το έκανε. Διάβασα κ σε άλλο σχόλιο ότι είναι πρόβλημα και καλά της συγκεκριμένης συσκευής όταν αλλάζεις πρίζα να χάνεται για πάντα η συνδεσιμότητα του με την εφαρμογή. Πλέον νομίζω ότι είναι η κατασκευή του τέτοια. Δεν είμαι σίγουρη αν αξίζει τα λεφτά του για τόση ταλαιπωρία στα 279 ευρώ.
