It comfortably cooks food for two people. In its first use today, the food did not stick at all. Keep in mind that the enamel coating is only on the exterior. Internally, the known care required for all cast iron cookware is necessary. Generally, if you take care of these utensils properly, they last for many years. Personally, I am very satisfied and plan to also get the corresponding frying pan.
