All burners feature heavy-duty INOX burners and are low pressure. They have a removable waste collection tray, a two-position switch with a pilot, and low-pressure thermocouples that are covered to prevent clogging.

With the innovative new pilot with a spiral shape, grease does not accumulate easily on the pilot, resulting in much less clogging.

IMPORTANT: The burner does not have a back, and the burners are positioned front and back, allowing for very large frying pans and pots.

NOTE: KALLISTI burners are only available with INOX grill.

For those who wish to cook with smaller-sized utensils, there is the option to install a crown on the burner heads. The result is half the flame is directed to the center of the pot or pan and the other half is directed further out from the center of the utensil, achieving a 50% reduction in cooking time.
